I know it was during the pregame show, but I missed it. I’m assuming Scal said something that caught Westbrook’s attention, whether it was joking or not. Saw that it was muted when posted on the Instagram page of NBA and the Clippers.

You can tell there was a lot of tongue in cheek between the two, good fun that’s all.
Later during the game Scal said he didn’t think it was intended to be friendly.
Could be a UCLA vs USC thing
Maybe Scal or Isola said something about Russ on their Sirius XM show

Scal said he thinks Westbrook didn’t like his comment about how many Celtics fans were in the stands or something to that effect. And also that it wasn’t really a friendly exchange.
Drew is cracking up laughing so I think it was just some goofing around.
