NBA rule book says that a) putting your hand under the ball and or b) a pause in the dribble. Either is a carry, looks like he might have done both. A lot of people don't know about part b) in the rules handbook. This clearly helps him blow by his defender. The irony is that the NBA allows it because it creates highlights which translates to revenue, so our youth thinks these moves are legal.
