Do you all really think we can play without a PG? Cam is not a PG, the offense does not work with him being the facilitator. Its clear they’ve been trying to run the offense through him and its been a disaster. It also takes away what he does best, score.
He has the highest usage rate and is 7th in assist rate on the team. He will thrive off the bench. It won’t effect his growth as he can run the offense that best suits him with the bench crew. Spo sent Herro to the bench after two great seasons. Herro thrived becoming the 6MOTY and is now thriving in the starting lineup.
If you want Dinwiddie going to the bench, they need to promote DSJ to the starting lineup. When Ben gets back he can replace Dinwiddie in the starting lineup. Or go trade for any decent facilitator PG. I’m big on the idea of trading for Tyus Jones.
Look at the Suns right now, they’re trying to make one of the best SG in the league into a PG and its a disaster.

CT is not a starter. He gets exposed for his lack of defense and no playmaking. He’s a bench microwave scorer who can shoot away.

Sound like DFS is heading back to the starting lineup Cam still needs to become a better facilitator. Cam and Bridges struggle to gel in the starting lineup Cam needs to work on his playmaking if he wants to take his game to the next level.
