I left the fan base of the Knicks to follow m'man Toppin to Indiana. Now I learn that Toppin has been removed from the starting lineup. I knew this coach would handcuff Toppin the way Thibbs did in the apple. But, I have to admit, I don't see Toppin and Heide in an INdiana uniform by the trade deadline. Toppin can't shake the thibbs toxiciity and won't get aggressive on the offensive end, instead he settles for sitting in the corner. Buddy needs to start, so I don't know why he is back on the bench. The bottom line, this coach has a problem with free flowing athletes, and it took awhile for him to take the hand cuffs off of the new BIG O! I hope Toppin and Heide end up in Laker Nation or with an offensive minded coach. Damn. Damn. Damn. Thibbs ruined a star. And you know Carlise and Thibbs are from the same elk.
