Honestly quite a fitting statline for Chet because it showcases both things he’s been doing at a historic rate for a rookie(scoring efficiency and rim protection) at the same time lol

He’s what people thought that tall guy from San Antonio was gonna be from the jump

he plays better in EVERY clutch situation, it’s insane

3 blocks in the last to shut the game down as well. Amazing performance

Great rookie season he is having so far. Love watching him play

Get Lauri and win a championship while you got all the rookie contracts going

Most of his points were created off the bounce too, people gotta stop discrediting Chet like he’s only efficient because of the team around him

His defensive presence is game changing for us. They kept attacking the paint when he was out of the floor (also didn’t help we went really small) then when he came back in Knick’s shot selection changed.

He is roty easily. I’m wondering whether he could be an all star?

Insane blocks just when I thought it’s a free basket for the Knicks, he comes out of nowhere lmao

Did anyone look more closely at those last couple blocks? Was hard to tell in real time whether they were goaltending or not.

That Alley Oop block was so disgusting I had to take a shower

As a life long Knicks fan and a fan of Chet since Minnehana I had no idea who to root for this game but god damn is Chet’s game beautiful. He had a bunch of insanely hard buckets in the second quarter where he definitely got fouled but the refs didn’t call it

Unless Wemby or Jaime put up insane numbers after the ASG, Chet should be the ROTY.

I’ll always remember all the hype there was around Jalen Suggs locally, pretty much since he was in Middle School about him being the best of a golden age of basketball in Minnesota. He went to Minnehaha Academy and was clearly a star but then Chet came along and it was like this dude is from a different planet. Not just as a 7 footer who can do it all but he played with a chip on his shoulder for such a slender dude lol. His mentality is what’s going to set him apart. OKC’s loaded right now but long term that Shai-Chet two man game is going to wreck havoc on the league.

It sucks because we’re in their division, gonna be a fun but tough…super stressful rivalry. The two games this year have not been good for the heart lol

I had to come here to compliment J Dub as well. Their young talent is incredible. They turned a late 6 point game into an easy win in a few minutes and pretty much everyone contributed.

It’s looking like I was dead wrong about Chet should he stay healthy.

Idc what anybody says this mf is better than KAT and sabonis

    He’s an allstar

Is there a chance he’s an all star? Thunder are definitely good enough to send 2…

As a Minnesota fan, can the Timberwolves win one before SGA and Chet go on a dynastic run? Thanks.

Good player? But he NOT a real rookie at all chet is in his 2nd year of da LEAGUE!! Allll da rookies dat got drafted this season 2023 r rookies chet miss out ALLL of last year 2022 season as a rookie. Paolo Banchero won ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD 2022!! Remember Chet Holmgren step on LeBron foot on a Pick up game & that when he broke his foot 2nd year this season all of a sudden he’s a rookie🤦🏻‍♂️ make no sense so he shouldn’t be in this year 2023 ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD period because is NOT FAIR for all rookies this year. So basically🤷‍♂️da NBA r allowing a 2nd year player compete with REAL rookies…this is 1000% real facts. Just sayin’!!
