Trey’s efficiency is a direct result of defenses collapsing on BI and Zion. It’s normal for efficiency to fall off for star players… just not to that extent. It’s a result of lack of ball movement.

This isnt a measure of clutch, it’s a measure of shot timing and/or who makes better desperation heaves. For better or worse we run BI in iso a ton, and he’s one of the better midrange shooters in the league. makes sense he’s going to be better, he regularly dribbles for :20 hunting for his spot. Otherwise we are not trying to get shots in the last :04 of the clock. Gonna guess for most of it, this is just reflective of how well you shoot getting dumped the ball after a broken play lol 🤷♂️

It’s more this. Zion only scores at the rim easier to collapse everyone when there is no time on the clock. CJ is more crafty than explosive and he never really gets a ton of separation when the D is locked in his shots are tougher.
BI is the one guy who off the dribble can just shoot over guys and is really good in the mid range.
Trey is most likely catch and shoot from 30 and this his shots most likely don’t come on off the dribble shots.
