Bucks fan coming in peace. I was just cruising box scores and I saw something that caught me off guard. Could someone give me an explanation as to how the +/-‘s ended up like this?

It’s just an anomaly. He only played 17 minutes. They coincidentally were the 17 minutes where the bulls were on a run. He was off the court when the pacers were on their runs. If he played more than 25 minutes zero chance that plus minus comes out like that.
