Russell is a terrible defensive player and inconsistent on offense. He needs to be coming off the bench like he is.

SHOWTIME LAKER basketball is you have two starting 5s going at eachother in practice and running other teams out the gym with wholesale substitutions.
The whole first five go to the bench and the second five hits the floor.
