Laker current roster needs conditioning and more motion offense. Find mismatches and post up. Teams don't like guarding either of these. The focus on conditioning allow to ratchet up defensive intensity, and wear opponents down. This will affect their 4th quarter outside shooting. Continuity is required to win at the highest level. Constantly talking about trade during the season is bad leadership. Period.
Trading Austin reaves for zach lavine would be a good solid trade. Zach lavine is much better than Dejaunte Murray in every aspect. The lakers should get Demar DeRozan, Markketton if they can but instead of going after zach lavine why dont they go after Donavon Mitchell because he's in the trade talks. Why buy a Cadillac when you can have a Mercedes Maybach in your garage. Donavon Mitchell is clutch even on his off nights.
