A 20+ ppg scorer who helps us at forward which is a position we reallt need help with especially one that can score. Osman and Doug should not be playing rotation minutes honestly
This would also help Wemby draw less attention and actually give us another quality player to continue to build the team with

Who is gonna give up first rounders for him? That’s crazy.
Spiritual_Echo_1000
we need to build through draft, not discard picks for average players

nope

I just don’t see the point of spending assets during what’s already a lost season, especially if it’s “multiple firsts”.
Karl Kuzma is the definition of good stats on a bad team player. He’s basically last years Keldon.

Multiple first for Kuzma isn’t the go I don’t think. A big move this early in a rebuild could delay us and takes up valuable 1st rounders, I’ll pass.

At the right price sure. But multiple first rounders? Absolutely not. We shouldn’t be burning first rounders on any mid to good tier players approaching 30 at this stage.

That’s insane. Why would we trade multiple FRPs for an inefficient scorer that doesn’t move the needle on a winning team? We’re trying to stockpile picks, not dole them out for freaking Kuzma.

Kuzma is fine as a player, but he is not changing much for the better long term. He is another Keldon level guy who can help us, but if he’s more than a 5th starter or 6th man long term, then we are in trouble. And we just have no reason to give up significant assets for that guy.

I agree that we need a combination of draft picks and FAs since picks frequently don’t pan out. But multiple FRPs for Kuzma, unless they’re heavily protected is an overpay, especially given his contract isn’t really valuable either.

I would love to add Kuzma.

I would give the hornets first for him
