I don’t know how I feel about this.
I understand the frustration, but he should still be listening to his coaching staff.

Pop had to learn to give in to Manu at the beginning as well. They are learning each other. He’s a competitor and that’s what we (and Pop) want in a player.

  3. I think this is a good signal to the coaching staff that it’s time to lift the minutes restriction. Get the MRI on the ankle to know for certain, and free the beast.

On a different note, his stamina overall has improved since the beginning of the season, but he still tires rather quickly compared to other players in the league. I can’t wait to see Wemby in a physical shape to where he can be playing 35+ minutes in competitive games.

  4. I’m glad he feels healthy enough to play more minutes, and has a real drive to win since he knows he has the biggest impact.

But going against the coaching staff, especially Pop, this early into his career doesn’t seem good.
