I hope he starts getting more playing time, even when Tari and brooks come back. And I really want to see more Jalen and Cam. I can’t wait to see those two run together on a fast break!
Players are gonna be scared of Cam hitting that wing three and the FVV Sengun Pick and Roll is gonna become even more efficient.

As a Pistons fan, I wanted Cam Whitmore at the 5th pick.
The guy was called a leader for the USA U19 team that won gold. His shooting during that run looked much improved, and reportedly had also improved from junior to senior year in high school. Just year over year improvement. And then he injures his hand, has to have surgery on it, misses time, comes back and is a bit inconsistent with the shot… ok. But do you really expect a guy as young as him, who has developed year over year like he has, to just lose it permanently because of a hand injury?
Someone with his athleticism, size, and shooting… unless he truly can’t figure out the pro game on either end of the floor… he’s going to be a force. His shooting and explosive athleticism would look great next to Cade as a decisive scoring option.
I get the lower body injury concerns and the stuff about his demeanor in predraft meetings… but jeez… sometimes the talent is just staring you in the face.
