I appreciate treys willingness to go through recovery hell for the team and get the procedure, but it was the absolute worse choice he could have made for the sake of his career and it seems like he’s already suffering for it. I hope I’m wrong, and I hope for the sake of his mental and physical health and well-being that he gets well soon
tendonitis isn’t so much an injury as it is an inflammation. From the looks of it, it’s his patellar tendon. He could play if needed. But if he can rest he should. The inflammation will eventually go down with rest, but he will never ever be “cured”. Similar to plantar fasciitis or tennis elbow.
