Look at Ham's body language and his expressions: he knows he's out and doesn't care. Should have already been fired. Ham knows it. The team knows it. Everyone but the GM. Rob clearly has no clue what to do in this situation and it's as telling as it is concerning.
Always looking at film but no change in anything. How are they coaching the team. Coaching has changed since magic days . How are they practicing? How you practice, you play. All teams have injuries, that why you have a bench! Stop the excuses and do your job team including all coaches and assistance. This is 2024 and money is important for fams too!

I will always believe that a team is the reflection of the coach. And this team looks very undisciplined and unprepared. Injuries or no injuries this team looks very badly coached. They don’t have an identity. Actually their identity is having the same bad habits.

He basically just told us in this video that he is not good enough to win games with injuries. He’s making excuses. A great coach figures it out. Especially when you have players like Lebron James and Anthony Davis!
