[Kevin O’Connor] It was clear a long time ago that Kerr isn’t the best coach for Kuminga or any young player. Last night feels like the game all the players will realize it though. It’s so inexcusable Kuminga wasn’t out there.

  1. Kerr has never been that good of a coach. He’s always been carried by Steph.

Ok. Or the Warriors score a single additional point and then it’s 100% excusable because they just beat the defending champs with their second best player suspended.

KOC always has some wild takes, not that I certainly disagree with this

  4. Sometimes it really does feel like Kerr is playing the role of Chaperone to the “old heads” on the squad who brought them their championships rather than the head coaching duties that are expected of him. He’s just so passive.

if the pacers can somehow find a way to match salaries then i wouldn’t be upset at the idea of getting kuminga, he’d play well next to haliburton and mathurin but the warriors would want win now pieces and i’m not sure we have those.

How much does the last 2 seasons hurt Kerr’s legacy? 2 legacy points deducted? More?

  7. Where are all the young players that flourished once they left GS that proves this?

Remember clowns like KOC were slamming Kerr for not playing Wiseman enough…..

Not saying Kerr can develop young players great or anything but it’s not like he’s had good enough young prospects to prove it…..

    Like Podz is looking fine……?

KOC is usually wrong about this stuff. Filled with hyperbole and hot takes. He’s just not a good analyst or someone I’d listen to talk about coaching ever. His whole shtick is hyping up young guys and demanding minutes for them even when they’re mostly negative players.

Kerr threw the game by trying to run the clock down once they had a big lead. Putting Kuminga in doesn’t make them get into their offense quicker and that was the biggest coaching mistake Kerr made last night.

Or any young player?? Kuminga is 21 years old and has started the last 11 games. Podziemski is a rookie and has started some and played over 20 minutes a game 20 times this year. Trayce Jackson Davis was a late second pick and he’s been getting more mintues than Kevon Looney as of late. This is such a dumb overreaction take but I wouldn’t expect anything else from this Kevin O’Connor idiot.

The front office has to talk with Kerr. If he’s not willing to make some changes to the rotation ex: cut Klay/ Looneys minutes and play Kuminga and Moody more then as crazy as it sounds it’s time to move on. Kerr might have unlocked this team back in 2015 but at this point he’s actively sabotaging it by refusing to hold the vets accountable (most notably Draymond) and refusing to play the superior younger players over them because of favoritism.

  11. Did anyone watch team USA this summer. Kerr got out thought by every Euro coach out there

Inexcusable? Debatable. Suddenly, everyone is saying Kerr is a trash coach when Warriors literally just won a title 1.5 years ago. They have no Draymond Green and having aging stars while the whole league keeps getting better. lol

Warriors should just give Kuminga back to the Wolves

  15. Supreme_God_Bunny

I think MJ needs to punch him again just maybe

  16. StraightCashBND

Yeah once Wiseman and Poole left they both really unlocked their potential.

Seems like the Brandon Ingram cycle in Los Angeles all over again.

  18. Sacreville

Damn, I mean Kerr is obviously at fault yesterday but the disrespect recently is mind blowing. I will just say I still believe in Kerr and the roster and people need to chill a little bit; also losing Mike Brown is the biggest loss for the Warriors in these last 2 seasons.

  19. Insufferable-Asshat

Okay but Kevin o Connor had killian hates going number 1 in his draft. He is not some basketball mind that everyone should listen to

He’s closer to Stephen a smith than a basketball intellect

  20. doonterdoo

If anyone actually watches Warriors regular season games, Kerr infamously does not make in game adjustments. It’s infuriating, but this is par for the course.

  21. theguyinchat

Kuminga the bus rider should let reddit coach gsw they all are experts

  22. He’s going to end up coaching a team like the mavs isn’t he

  23. Le8ronJames

Tell me who Steve Kerr has developed? Wiseman? Nope. Kuminga? Nope. Did Poole expand his game? Nope.

Steve Kerr is the byproduct of 2 of the GOAT shooters and last summers olympics was the final proof.

And yea I hate Steve Kerr, today I’m feasting on his ass, no crumbs.
