  1. That last Steph flurry saved a truly embarrassing night.

Wiggins’ inconsistency still drives me crazy

I hope Moses heard that ovation and knows how Dub Nation feels despite what Steve does. That was actually a really cool moment.

A win’s a win, but man was it unsatisfying

  2. Ahrilicious

We really went from being up 18 against Denver and losing the lead to being up against Detroit and almost losing it. Progress I guess

Hope CP3 is okay but him resting for a bit would lessen the load for the Kerrorist.

  3. Despite the win (thank you Splash bros!)..I legit feel like someone cursed our team and their ability to close out the 4th..it’s every game!

  4. This might be a meaningless and unnecessarily close win against a 3-31 Pistons team, but you know what?

We’re not winning the championship this season. We’re probably not making the playoffs. We might not even make the play-in. We might even go on another losing streak after this. And who knows how much more terrible we’ll be next season when our vets become even more washed?

So yeah, I think I will celebrate this win while it’s here. For my mental health.

  5. shanks_you

CoJo coming in before Moody when Chase was literally chanting Moody. Steve Kerr doesn’t give a F lmao.

We may have to trade CP3 and it’s not even because he’s playing bad, he’s the reason our bench is good. But that’s the only way to stop Steve Kerr from obsessing playing him beside Steph.

A win’s a win, but that game was difficult to watch.

  6. limegreenleaves

Doesn’t matter if it’s the Nuggets or the Pistons or if we have a 20 point lead. Every game we play is going to be a one possession game in the last two minutes. I’m glad we won tonight, but its been such a strange season.

  7. pretorhunter

A bad and embarrassing win is STILL A WIN! I WILL TAKE IT!!!!

  8. youmakemesoerect

Yeah it was the Pistons, but a win is a win

  9. Too many doomers in the chat. At least wait until you see the Draymond+TJD combo before you abandon the team. The rookies are cooking and Splash Bros are becoming more consistent.

  10. Woooo they barely beat one of the worst teams in NBA history. Fire Steve kerr

  11. CummingInTheNile

Klay played some clutch ass defense down the stretch

  12. I mean a win is a win but beating the worst team in NBA history by only 4 points does not inspire confidence

  13. catarxcts

fuck… we might be in for Cory Joseph getting 17 minutes a night over Moody

  14. this_my_sportsreddit

Very kind of Steph to save Kerr’s job like that in the 4th.

  15. Rambodius

Game thread might have been the most toxic thread yet. Sheesh.

  16. A win is a win I’ll take it. That last minute Curry flurry made me happy

  17. Aintnostoppingusnow

Like a little band aide on a breaking damn but whatever a win is a win

  18. Itezguatitez

Kuminga answer to Kerr was playing like Draymond offensively lol. He was extremely passive today, but making always a nice extra pass or a hand-off. “I can pass and do other shit too”

  19. Itezguatitez

Podziemski can absolutely play point guard. Especially next to Saric/Kuminga/TJD, guys who can be used as a hub or secondary playmaker. Please Kerr, use Cp injury to add some size with Moody and more Kuminga minutes instead of playing Cory Joseph. We all know he won’t tho.

  20. granttheginger

Shout out Cory Joseph. Gets undue hate from people looking to hate

  21. SuperGandalff

This game felt like pissing on a forest fire to save 1 shrub.

  22. Kuminga had a bad 2nd half and it will give fuel to the haters.

  23. Itezguatitez

Cp3 has been great honestly. But he should be traded soon. The Warriors are undersized and heavy on guards, and we know Kerr loves his small ball lineup.

Even more important, he’s an expiring and needs to be moved if they want to use his salary slot. I know they are heavy into the salary tax but they should do it if they’re serios about competing in thw twilight of Steph’s prime.

Let the second unit play a point guard by committee if no guard gets back in the trade. Podz and Kuminga can set the offense againt bench units. You can also play Draymond with the second unit. Or Siakam/whoever gets back in the trade if they can dribble at all.
