Ham's hire in the first place was a head scratcher. Felt more like a ''we need a relative nobody as Bron puppet at HC than trying to find the best coach'' and the rest of the main problems become apparent again as well. It has Bron and AD, but overall roster construction is pretty bad and that hasn't been fixed either.
