OG ANUNOBY TRADED TO THE KNICKS REACTION
All right so this is my initial live reaction that OJ and Obi has just been traded to the New York Knicks it looks like Precious a is also in the deal for RJ Barrett Emanuel quickley and the Detroit Pistons 31st pick I’m driving right now so I can’t even think straight
About this but I don’t even know what to think because RJ drafted third overall 2019 you know they developed him they drafted quickly was a late first round pick like was a great development guy and he was a restricted fre agion at the end of the year tibs never wants to play
Him I like the idea of OJ noobi with his like switchable defense he can guard multiple positions he’s probably a better offensive player than RJ Barrett at least more efficient at the moment and you can probably run some really good lineups with him and Hart and divon
Chenzo all out there at the same time or basically Brunson and him in the back court and I I think RJ was always going to be Expendable I think if they were able to move him for Donovan Mitchell that would end up happening but I think RJ’s definitely hurt his value a little
Bit this year it’s cool that he gets to go to Canada as he’s Canadian and he gets to play for the Raptors but I don’t really know what to think about this for the Knicks since they had all the leverage with quickly with him being a
Restricted free agent at the end of the year I’m sure they didn’t want to pay him 25 plus a year but they’re going to have to do that for OJ noobi because he’s going to decline his $18 million player option so I don’t really I don’t
Really know what to think about this I’m sure tibs is going to love having OJ noobi but I don’t know man trading RJ and quickly two guys you just like are homegrown you developed and drafted I I don’t know it’s risky um I I think OG’s
A great player and this is going to be a good trade for the Knicks if they resign anobi but now I’m like wondering ing what was the like were they ever going to be able to go out and get a bigger name because that RJ Barrett $30 million

I'm just scrolling on YouTube and I see this video. First thing on my mind: "No freaking way this is facts" I go onto Google, I search up "OG Anunoby" and surely, he was a Knick after playing my favorite team yesterday. One thing is for sure, Siakam's days in Toronto are definitely numbered at this point.

As a Scottie Barnes and RJ Barrett fan I like this trade , I didnât the OG trade to happen so quickly and first but it definitely helped this trade the raptors have that superstar potential player already all they need to do is build a core let them have 1-2 of chemistry/development depending on how they play and then build the supporting cast.

OG finally gets traded, honestly didn't expect to the Knicks. Wonder where Siakam will go. Knicks let go Barrett, deciding not to wait on him. Let go Quickley, who I thought was a player they wanted to keep. Looks like Barrett gets to play for his home team and NY also get Precious as a role player. Lastly, if Randle falls off, will he finally get moved too? And who would be willing to take him?
