The season which was almost what three months ago and I’m not too upset about this loss and I’ll be honest I’m I’m an honest person this loss doesn’t surprise me at all I’m you know I it surprises me that lost this game by 27 points but the
Fact that the Minnesota tbls who are one of the most hardest you know teams in the NBA they play some of the hardest basketball they’re one of the best offensive teams in the NBA have one of the best defensive ratings in the NBA which so do the Rockets but the temples
I do believe currently well now they definitely do but have a have a better defensive rating than the Houston Rockets also the Houston Rockets being without two defenders in tar een and Dylan Brooks but the more important part going into this matchup for the timber wolves is they got destroyed in their
Last two games just got destroyed by the Pelicans just got destroyed by the Knicks in their last two games so for a team that before those two G before those two games sitting at 24- seven you know to get blown out two times in a row
Uh like they did I just felt like they were going to come you know into Houston and start off with a good vibe and they’re a team that you know who with who you know they’re a team that can make runs and then it’s just it’s a it’s
You know it’s just the lead their lead is out of out of hand and that’s what kind of happened tonight sure rocket shorthanded Fred Van vet had some struggle so did Al BR s goon but when you’re playing a good defensive team good players are going to struggle and
That’s what happened with sangun and Van vet tonight those two guys only combined for 26 points I mean that’s I think that’s the exact number sangon had in just the last game for the Rockets So this was definitely a a bad struggle for the rocket tonight only scored 95 points
This was one of the worst deficits all season going back to that Orlando Magic game the first game of the season and uh now you got the tomorrow you got the last game of a seven game home stand against the Milwaukee Bucks so that will tomorrow wrap up a seven
Game home stand and this is a home stand where you know starting off the home stand the Rockets an amazing home team started off this home stand 12-2 13-2 this home stand they’ve only gone two and four sure have had some good matchups have played some hard playing
Teams in this in this run um matched up against the Pacers uh the Suns the Timberwolves tonight and then the Atlanta Hawks I don’t they’re 14 and 20 that’s a little bit of an embarrassing loss um but uh I will say that for for them
To play one of the top teams in the Western Conference a team that I believe is was very underrated in the Minnesota timberos and a team in the Minnesota tber who the number one seed in them in in the Western Conference and are 249 going into this matchup and just lost
Their last two just getting crushed by the Knicks and the Pelicans you just had to know that the Timol would make some changes and you know come into this game wanting to win a good team there it is not often that they lose three games in
A row like that um and I believe all three of those games have been on the road the rockets in Houston tonight and then I know I know on New Year’s Day they did play New York I did watch that game um and I’m pretty sure the New

Guy like McDaniels as well who’s um another big in their lineup um I really actually really thought this was an impressive performance for you know when you’re speaking of the matchup he was going up against Jan Tate who’s been starting in replace of Dylan Brooks this
Could be his last start I don’t know I don’t we’ll see if Dylan Brooks returns tomorrow I doubt it we’ll see maybe um three rebounds for Tate tonight and two assists one steel only took one shot when he was on the floor which was the three he missed that and played 21

Two young guys and a Min Thompson and cam Whitmore uh so to watch those three guys boban who’s just a fan favorite and amen Thompson and cam Whitmore who are the rising stars young stars on this team and you don’t get to see a lot and um cherish every every minute they get
So for for you know yes it’s garbage minutes yes you’re losing by 20 but to watch guys like ban Cam moram and Thompson um I mean you I mean you you for the Rockets you’re not going to turn the TV off when you’re losing by 30 uh which you we not
Losing by 30 as we were before um actually this season we’ve been winning more by by 20 or 30 points than we’ve been losing this year um there’s been we’ve been actually given a lot of butt weapons this year but um it’s so fun to watch you know in garbage time whenever
You see a ban come in or or get get to see extra minutes for amen Thompson and Ken Whitmore that’s really fun to see um any other scoring for the rock yeah ban scored two points had three rebounds at the end that was it for the Rockets also

Combining for 27 points Off the Bench 16 for Naz Reed with seven rebounds and 11 points for Alexander Walker who also had two Steals and two blocks with three assists besides that there was not a lot of other scoring Off the Bench for the Tim wolves terrible loss for the Rockets
But uh two wins in a row for the Rockets that’s on the bright side and so this was two wins in a row for the rockets and also uh without two of your best defensive players and this was a timberl team who’s number one number one in the
Western Conference and it just lost two games in the Western Conference and when a team that good and that good defensively has lost two games in a row they usually always bounce back and and especially when they’ve been kicked around like they have been in the last
