Draymond: “The responsibility that’s been placed upon me as a father, as a husband, as a podcaster, as a business owner, as a television personality, and as a black man in America. I’ve handled it miserably”

Poignant message from Draymond on the latest episode of his podcast. Powerful stuff, I wasn’t sure what to make of the video till I heard this part. It seems like he may be ready to change.

I’m just hoping this isn’t a front so he can look like he’s changed. He’s really cost us a lot of wins in the last 2 seasons or more from his antics. He’s a leader and needs to do better

I really hope he would walk the talk, as team needs him dearly!

At first, I wasn’t so sure how serious Draymond was about his apology. But when he dropped “podcaster” then I knew the burden of responsibility weighed heavy on his back.

  4. “Responsibility… as a podcaster”

That’s not what someone says that has taken a suspension seriously.

He has a nice contract. I wish I could fail so severely.

Podcaster, that responsibility would break anyone’s back

I am excited to have him back on the court while simultaneously recognizing that this guy is the absolute fucking worst and if he got traded to another team, he would immediately be my least favorite player in the NBA next to Miles Bridges…who he hangs out with.

I’m tired of defending this guy and this team man 😭

“I’m worth a couple of hundred million but I’m just stressed out by the pressure of providing for my wife, kids, and little dogs. God please forgive me for I have sinned”.

    Come on…

“The coach and I cried in my front yard today”

That’s why you attacked someone at work? Because of the pressures of being a podcaster and the pressure put on black people in america?
