They’re still crying in r/nba lmao wah wah wah play defense

It blows my mind they literally no raptors fans are talking about the fact that, AD shot 10 freethrows in the final like 40 seconds of gametime cause they were playing the foul game? 💀

Low-key thinking about posting this on /r/NBA lol, gonna get downvoted to hell though

It’s funny to me that every NBA fan aside from Lakers fans can see how one sided the game was. Lmfao.
The entirety of social media from casual fans to analysts are all over it… but LA fans continue to be blind
and, Pulling up box scores is not equivalent to watching the game and seeing what happened. Jackass

I went through and watched every foul in the 4th quarter because everyone was bitching so much about the “rigged” game. There were a couple of bad calls in our favor, but that’s every night for every team. This is what I saw.
1: Vanderbilt fouled. Defender rakes across both of his arms while he’s trying to lay it in. Good call (1/2) made
2. D’angelo shoots a turn around jumper, gets hit on the arm but it was a borderline rip-through type shot. Mediocre call. (1/2) made
3. Davis drives hard against Barnes. Lot of contact, but contact was initiated by Davis. Quickley does make contact with Davis’s elbow on the way up but that’s pretty ticky-tack. Bad Call.
4. Quickley flat out elbows Reddish in the face. Offensive foul. Flagrant foul. Many will argue that the accidental nature of it should have made it not flagrant but the NBA has called it this way for years at this point Good call. (1/2)
5. Barrett swipes at the ball after AD receives an entry pass in the paint. Hits nothing but arm. And-1. Good call (1/1) made.
6. Young bangs into Reaves on his pull up. Probably technically a foul but one of those calls where your team may not be getting the same call. Ticky-Tack Call. (2/2) made
7. Christie gets the offensive rebound. Lot of fighting for possesion under the hoop but not as much contact as you would expect when watching the replay. Gary Trent brushes Christie’s back but it was hardly anything. Bad Call (1/2) made
8. Davis gets hacked on the arm during his spin move layup. Good Call. (2/2) made.
9. Barrett plays offensive lineman and gets called for it. Offensive foul. Good Call. No free throws shot.
10. Intentional Foul. Good Call. (2/2) made.
11. Intentional foul. Good Call. (2/2) made.
12. Barnes barrels into Davis trying to get the steal. Good Call. (2/2) made.
13. Intentional foul. Good Call (2/2) made.

I see a lot of general complaining and not a lot of footage of plays that should or shouldn’t have been fouls

Nobody asked those dumbasses to keep fouling, whoever told Darko to challenge that call did him dirty. You get bad calls after you lose a challenge, shit happens to us all the time!

I think every team gets screwed by the refs at one point or another. So yes when it happens to a team that sub is gonna be pissed. Let’s not forget how we reacted over the celtics game last year
nysraved
Wait what? Did you really go back and look at all the box scores until you found a random game that the Raptors had a massive FT discrepancy in their favor?
Bruh this is not the own you think it is lmao

Fuck them. Let them cry

Shits wild that they made this shit so massive that noone cared about AD’s absurd 41 point game.

People seem to forget how annoying that fanbase was in 2018-19. This is just a small refresher

Fine him. The coach.

This is 29 for a game. Lakers got 23 in a quarter

We shouldn’t even be in this situation against a team like the raptors. That’s the problem. Should’ve been an easy win.

And when the lakers get robbed (i.e. vs Celtics last year and vs. twolves this year) they all just laughed and told us to shut up and take the L. Classic r/nba lol
Oxygenius_
r/nba: the league rigs every championship for the Lakers! 😡
Also r/nba: when my team wins the league is not rigging anymore.

So their starting center is out and they don’t guard AD with a true big and were just hoping that AD didn’t obliterate them in the post? Only way they could guard him with that lineup is gambling hacks and hoping to hit ball. Shit, just watch the 36 second clip of every AD basket on espn and like 4 fouls are just players trying to swipe cause they got bullied or blown by. From a stats standpoint i get why this is getting attention but it was going to be a bully game by AD from the start.

I have Raptors fans in my top 5 of most annoying fanbases, easily.
