It wasn’t just the final two minutes he and others were complaining about though lol

  2. clamscasinoooooo

    # “nah the league is rigged for the Lakers thats why theyre a playin team”

  3. thelunarunit

I am not saying Darko is right, but the fouls at the end of games doesn’t show the whole picture. I have seen many games where they would dog pile a team then even it up at the end.

  4. ObiOneKenobae

I missed the game last night, but it’s playing on NBA TV now. Within 30 seconds of tuning in, I just watched LeBron literally shoulder ram IQ in the face and get free throws for it. I think there *might* be something to the complaints.

    Respectfully we do not care

My set of eye balls are the only evidence I need on this earth

    Let’s move on from this

Hey Lakers fans, yall remember the L2M that said it was a correct no call when Embiid held Russ’ wrist?

I thought that was all we needed to say that L2M reports are a complete sham.

  7. RedRocket13

Wow you mean the league didn’t admit they rigged a game? Insane

  8. Damn I was wrong.

Thought they’d at least give Scottie Barnes the and-1 on the dunk and make it up with three missed calls against the Lakers.

  9. Might be the funniest way to show L2m the doubled down on it and said ” nah we actually where against the lakers not you” 🤣

  10. GuyDoesWrestling

Lmfao this is pathetic. Anyone who watched that game and didn’t see the reffing for what it was should never watch basketball again.

  11. I’m sorry Raptors fans, I have also been gaslit by these ‘reports’

  12. crototype

If these reports were ever good, which they weren’t, they’ll never be now that the league is openly in bed with gambling companies.

  13. JohnWick94

these L2M reports are dumb. Adam is in charge of the refs and in charge of the team that does these reports. There is literally 0 motivation for these reports to contradict ref calls.

  14. TrashAssRedditAdmins

Name one thing more useless than the NBA Referee’s 2 Min report…

    The Refs play for Vegas

  15. Platinum-Peasant22

This just goes to show that the L2M reports are a joke and propaganda.

  16. asumatoki

Well that settles it then, these L2M reports are never bullshit

  17. Teams with 2: Sixers, Bucks, Raptors, Heat, Magic, Knicks, Pelicans, Suns, Bulls, Kings, Cavs, Rockets, Clippers, Jazz, Hornets,

Teams with 3: Boston, Lakers, Timberwolves

Reaves is at 64 for attempts on espn so maybe it hasn’t updated, because he’s not too 50 there. If we expand it to top 100 it evens out even more so the majority of teams have 3-4 guys.

  18. All the 2 minute report is good for is instigating it don’t do any good for anyone

  19. EthicalBuckets

L2M is just the NBA gaslighting people that actually watched the game and keeping credibility for the league for casual fans that don’t watch games

  20. rockingthefreeworld1

NBA has to push their narrative, these useless reports are just a mechanism to give legitimacy to the the narratives by saying “see look it was all above board”. You could get away with this crap relatively unscathed back the the David Stearn days, and they did, but In this era of technology the fact the NBA continues to either allow or push the subtle in game narratives is nutty. Hasn’t happened yet but the product is being diminished and fans will start drifting away from the game.

  21. “Hot stove contact” was the turning point for L2M, LMAO. Been the sports edition of gaslighting ever since

  22. GlueGuy00

refs ain’t gonna snitch themselves 🤷‍♂️

  23. LastNightsHangover

They should contract out the report to a 3rd party and let’s actually see how many misses there are.

Then we could test refs performance in an unbiased way and they can be dismissed if they aren’t meeting the standards.

    Lmao they’d never.

  24. rice_bledsoe

Yes because the last two minutes report always tells the full and total truth

  25. comalicious

Bold strategy of lying your ass off to your fan base, NBA. Lmao

  26. I’m a Laker fan and I completely understand why the raps are angry. I despise the last 2 min report. It’s always some snarky bullshit that upholds whatever the refs did and they usually add some shade that says we actually benefited your team.

They do this all the time and it’s disgusting. The L2M report is a joke.

  27. firstbreathOOC

Seems odd that sports gambling is now legal and nobody’s gotten in trouble yet…

  28. “We took a look at what you said was wrong, and we actually were right so all good, later guys!”

  29. 2020IsANightmare

One, I still think the last two minute report is one of the dumbest things Adam Silver has done.

But, two, this is usually the case with ref conspiracy theories. In any sport.

I’ve seen some terribly officiated games, but it involves the refs being incompetent all the way around.

Just whining and bitching because one team is committing more penalties is just weird and sad.

And the Lakers had lost like every game since the IST (kidding, but not by a lot lol.) So, the NBA’s grand plan was to wait until a 10:30PM EST tipoff on a Tuesday night versus the fucking Raptors to “rig” the game?!???!? Instead of doing it during a game that people, ya know, actually might watch?!??!?

Knowing that LITERALLY the only non-Lakers or non-Raptors fans would realize the game happened was because a “big conspiracy” happened?!?
