‘EMBARRASING’: The Warriors look ‘lethargic’ after LARGEST loss of Steph Curry era 🚨 | NBA Countdown

The New Orleans Pelicans they lead the Golden State Warriors 73-60 at halftime but Stephen A it almost feels lucky that golden state is only down by 13 given the fact that New Orleans is 13 of 26 from three-point range well Golden State Kendrick Perkins alluded to it earlier

They can’t stop anybody and and obviously New Orleans shooting 50% from three-point range uh they came out strong shooting the ball well from the perimeter led by CJ McCullum and this kid Hawkins that Kendrick Perkins was bragging about during commercial and stuff like that we get that uh look at

Moody and we look at Steph Curry hitting three point shots but where the rest of the Golden State Warriors we can’t really find them right now so it’s a situation where it’s one of those things you’re looking at the Golden State Warriors and they appear to be going up

Against a better team because they don’t phase anybody defensively to perks point about the youngsters that’s how Golden State got back in the game really if you’re going to include of course Moody as a youngster and Jackson Davis they gave them a little pop perk because this

Should be a 22 24 Point deficit right absolutely but I mean they look disjointed dysfunctional the Golden State Warriors they getting booed again in Chase Arena right the energy level is not there why is it not there you see Draymond Green on the bench right he’s he’s engaged in the timeouts and things

To that nature but when you think about the Warriors right now they just don’t have that it Factor they don’t have like they’re not playing with a edge for some reason they’re not a playing like a team that needs to pick up wins in a tough Western Conference this is a New Orleans

Team that is balanced that is deep that is getting contributions up and down their roster how does Golden State get over this hump and get back well first of all you got to defend and defend the three-point line you’re giving up 50% shooting from three-point range make

Sure you shut that down make it a bit a bit harder for them contest contest contest that’s how they won championships they were able to defend I’m saying what they should do perk I didn’t say they could do it no I’m I’m not saying nothing but here’s the fact

Of matter everybody is on Golden State behind when they play them like back pockets and you remember apple bottoms those bot you remember you remember when they had apple bottoms we all took a look envisioning the ones that we all wor Michael Lord I like I like the Pelicans

When they are not dependent on Zion you mentioned deep and versatile look at some of the scoring look at some of those sources for this with Hawkins uh and of course C.J McCullum we expect but Jones becoming more occasionally offensive Factor they got a lot of stuff

I want them defending Zion a little bit because I want him to step up because that’s the only way they’re going to go far so I don’t like that cuz that’s fo you’re going to have to as a team you got to be a in case he’s not there you

Got it seems not there none of us were necessarily surprised that the Pelicans were winning this game but blowout wasn’t something any of us had on our bingo card they wound up cooling off a bit but they were red hot a point of emphasis they had James B to the staff

They want to modernize their shot profile that means more threes doc 43 attempts they crossed that barrier tonight yeah they’re just playing well you know The Season’s long and we all know that right it’s a very long season but you go through stretches of good play and bad play Golden State right now

Is going through the bad stretch right but the Pelicans are going through a great stretch so you see New Orleans now sixth in the West conference but only two game actually just one game back of Clippers lots lots to be played Golden State still in that 12 spot again a little

Different now cuz you get into playing Anything Can Happen Miami certainly showed that last year as did the Lakers as valent Tunis JV is Zion Williamson just call him a terrific game so when you talk about the Warriors they had so many close losses 28 clutch games

And for the fans that don’t know a clutch game means it’s within five with 5 minutes or less to go that’s an incredible amount so so many of these games they were so close last two games disturbing because how badly they were beaten at home well they they have

Injuries Mike I mean let’s just keep this real right now uh there are two facilitators in that plane Chris Paul is out Draymond Green is out so now Steph has to do more he has to bring the ball up the floor he has to try to create his

Own shots clay now has to try to create his own shots they’re in to struggle until both guys come back but definitely until Draymond comes back that’s for sure and and Doris you brought this up earlier and and Doc mentions Steph Curry he just looks right now all the responsibility is wearing on

Him a little bit the addition of Draymond will take some of that pressure but they’re older Mike and their margin for error is smaller so a tough night for the Warriors but another terrific Road win for these Pelicans final score 141 to 105 as New Orleans improves on the season to 23 and

15 and again superb on the road with their seven consecutive Road win I don’t know how to describe this performance other than concerning and possibly Stephen A embarrassing very embarrassing we understand that Draymond Green isn’t there we understand that Chris Paul wasn’t there so you were devoid of your

Playmakers as the great Doc Rivers explained post game however did you check out the lethargy guys how lethargic and apathetic they appeared I think they sent the message over the last two games and how they’ve been handled to Joe Lup and Mike Dunley V Jr

We got to make a move before the trading time in the last two games they have not led the New Orleans Pelicans led by as many is 41 in this game it was a wire to wire win Golden State two and five in the seven game home stand that we called all but

Essential the the time is dwindling and I think Stephen A is right okay so what are you going to do you’re not going to pack it in when you’ve got Steph Curry that means you’re going to do something at the trade deadline but which way you

Going to go are you going to go for young help and try to improve yourself now and for the future as you look out for the franchise or are you going to try to find somebody to do what Andrew Wiggins used to do for you or you could think about looking at

The Seline when draym was talking or trying to speak to the team no one was listening this team is not engaged it’s almost like they don’t like each other and you looking at steep body language look I mean you got one guy everybody else just kind of like

Lingering around but here’s the fact of the matter we talk about Andrew Wiggins possibly you know being the pieace to be moved maybe Klay Thompson but how about Mike Don Ley and Joe lob going to Steph Curry and say hey what you want to do

What you want to do they owe it to him and would anybody be upset if Steph Curry actually wanted out of Golden State and this is not a hot Take Kobe Bryan Kobe Bryan did it publicly although did we really believe he wanted to leave yeah but but but remember he

Did it because the organization wasn’t listening to him that’s not the case I understand that but what I’m saying is I no one would frown upon Steph Curry if he I don’t know wave for what you know why because but he won’t do it because

He won’t do it won’t do it he won’t do it but here’s the other thing real quick Joe Lup in the organization has proven they’ll make whatever modifications what modifications are out there get that’s what I’m saying you got chance with the new with the with the

New CBA the second April first April third April what April we wear all of the apron mini aprons the tie around the waist apron Golden State needs to do something it is clear in the meantime per did you ever throw Outlet passes like that no we’ll be back

  1. The Warriors once again have locker room issues. The team needs to move on from Kuminga and keep Podz. Get Pascal to help the core vets

  2. The James Weisman pick changed the trajectory of the Warriors franchise. Center drafted at No. 2 overall, busted. They depended so much on James Weisman being the next Joel Embiid, they did absolutely nothing else as a back up plan to reboot the roster and they decided to rely on the old core players of Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Steph Curry. Steph Curry looks like he can play until 40 but age has caught up to Klay Thompson and Draymond Green. Warriors will have to go into rebuild mode next offseason.

  3. Yall full of crap don't give my pelicans no respect we beat the breaks out of them and all Yall talked about was golden state i can't stand all yall when we beat everybody and not just beat them we stomped them and still no respect. That shows you it fixed to cater to the big market temes. Well we beat all of them punks

  4. When a known recipe is over used beyond due date it tends to stink. This team has failed to adapt post three ball. They have also failed to recognise when to rebuild by trading still good assets.

  5. After seeing how GS and Steve Kerr handled the JP situation the downfall of the warriors puts a smile on my face😁

  6. Steph’s interview literally shows he’s fed up with the whole org setup..there’s getting ready to be a major shakeup in the Warriors next year 😮 I feel really bad for Steph this game tonight was HORRIBLE I’ve never seen such poor playing frm the Warriors terrible I don’t even wanna watch another game like this

  7. Look, I love Steph. But it's starting to get annoying how he never gets held accountable. He hasn't played good at all this year outside of the first 6 games of the season. He's not a top 10 player right now, all be it because of the team or whatever. He is not playing good. He should be dropping 30 every night with the lack of offensive options.

  8. No need to feel sorry for Curry just like people didn't feel sorry for Kobe's final seasons. Kobe was a complete player and Curry simply isn't. He's paid to shoot and if he's struggling to hit three's it's a wrap. I wasn't the biggest Jordan fan but he was absolutely right when he said Curry is just a shooter and never developed a complete game. Everybody gets blamed when they lose except Curry. Nine points the other game and nobody trashed him like Klay gets.

  9. Malika Andrews: "You ever throw an outlook pass like that Perk?"

    Big Perk: " … Oh Na 😐"

    😭😭😭

  10. Draymond in the time out being a voice to them… it doesn’t change anything your still liability. You trying to help and get them hype up and spirit… a little to late for that!!!

  11. Chris Paul and Klay are washed and take up the cap. Its Steph and a bunch of boys out there. Draymond can’t keep gis head in the game

  12. They completely lost their momentum. The energy and intensity is not there for the Warriors anymore especially ever since CP3 was out. Steph Curry's leadership is not there anymore. And the organization needs to fire Steve Kerr big time. So sad.. Warriors are not gonna make it thru the season. Smh..😔

  13. Pat McAfee says Aaron Rodgers won't appear on ESPN show here you have it folks, espn backs a racist blackface jimmy,FACT!

  14. It was only a matter a time, back to Irrelevancy you go Warriors. Y'all not sniffing a chip ever again.

  15. I'M NOT GONA BASH MY WARRIORS BUT I MUST SAY THEY ARE NOT PLAYING GOOD BASKETBALL!! AND THEIR LACK OF SIZE IN THE MIDDLE IS VERY CONCERNING.WIGGS, KLAY, DRAY NEED TO DO MUCH BETTER. IM WORRIED.

  16. Get Kerr out of there, his system is not working, they won that championship because of Mike Brown coaching skills

  17. Man. This is Embarrassing for the Golden State Warriors, their Lose 6 of the Last 8 Games. Despite of Draymond Green Suspension Indefinitely, Chris Paul Injury, Moody & Kuminga Frustrated! Draymond Suspension 5 Games now Punch Nurkic.

  18. The Warriors don’t have many ball handlers and even more so because of the absence of Green. And then you have the fact that they’re just getting older and slower. What does that mean? In their championship years, they were constantly at the top of the league when it came to fast break points. In 2016, they lead the league with 22.3 fast break points a game. Older, slower and lack of ball handlers have them dead last last this season with 10 fast break points a game. The run and gun days are gone and that was why they were so dangerous. Many teams are copying that game plan with much younger players and the Dubs can’t keep up.

  19. Warriors need a new coach and new role players to help Steph for a run at another championship. Its time to break the core.

  20. Perk is right that organization owes it Stephen Curry or if I'm Steph see you I'm out at the end of the season there's going to be a 30 for 30 for the down fall of their dynasty all the trades they did they needed a center but looked away and the Wiseman pick is a failure warriors are really going to waste these last two or three years with Steph that's a shame

  21. 😂😂😂😂🚮🚮🚮 your time is up my friend. Nice run but it’s over! 4 rings, I wouldn’t be too mad.

  22. Steph without 3 all stars or more around him isn't even as good as Damian Lillard. Put him on those Blazer teams Dame carried to the playoffs yearly and they're a lottery team.

  23. You have to have a certain IQ & play a certain way to play for GS. That’s what’s killing them. Poole, Moody, Kuminga & Wiseman all complained about it and it stopped those guys from properly growing. Not easy playing with Steph.

  24. blow it up, send Steph whereever he wants to go and let him continue to contend for titles, rebuild GS and we'll see you again in 5 or so years
