Joel Embiid is in Big Trouble

Joel Embiid is in Big Trouble

Joel and be’s playing like an MVP again but if things don’t change he’s headed for another miserable playoff exit how do we know Philly’s been amazing since the James Harden trade embiid’s awesome More Death than ever Allstar Maxi but when you look closer there is a lot of

Easy W’s on that schedule and when they play the tough teams it gets ugly you’d imagine their path to the finals is you know Knicks bucks then Celtics well against those teams they just one and three since November 30th embiid has scored under 30 just twice both against

Boston Philly has proven they are not good enough without a big change but good news ESPN’s Brian windhorse just said the only Contender I can confidently forecast will be aggressive is Philly it can make multiple deals then 10 bontemps chimed in it will be shocking if Philly looks the same after

The trade deadline so what will they do it’s actually complicated Philly has two paths one wait until the off season have over 55 million in cap space and sign any Star they want or two trade now and compete this year but have to give up valuable assets well one thing we do

Know they cannot waste the best season of embiid’s career a lot of people thought Nicole yic should have got MVP last year but embiid won it and looked like a fraud bounced in the second round while Joker won the chip but this season embiid is shutting up those haters

Better numbers than last year the only player ever to score at least 40 points per game on 60% shooting an entire month now some people are saying he is better than Prime Shack this inbi season though just quickly holy so he’s averaging 35 points a game I think he’s the best

Offensive Center since Kareem this version of embiid right now is just a better player than Shaq okay wow but is that actually true but first today’s video is sponsored by Underdog fantasy which I play almost every single night for NBA and every other sport just to

Have fun whether I win or I lose I have so much more fun watching games if I’ve got some picks and Underdog and my game to play is called pick them you pick higher or lower for your favorite players or just on the game that you

Want to watch that night and you can up to 20 extra money but you always have fun speaking of which I want to give you my two picks for tonight first up is K kosma his points we going to go higher Pacers are really bad against wings and

With hie out I think it should be a closer game so cou should play a lot next is Terry Rosier we’re going to go less than on his assists he has gone Less in the last six games and never hit eight assists against the kings in his

Career best of luck if you are tailing those picks I’ve actually done decently here on the videos not so much on the community post but check this map to see if Underdog is available in your area always use the promo code am Hoops it doubles your deposit and it really helps

Out the channel That is promo code am Hoops thanks again to Underdog imp’s game is dominant and versatile Joel has those monster dunks but range to the three-point line with consistent defense and playmaking and when you compare their stats Joel has the Ed on points and assists and so much more efficient

His true shooting is 65% cuz embiid shoots threes and dominant at the line hacka Shack was a disgrace but that hot take is actually really stupid first is comparing stats do you know how easy it is to score now versus shaqs ERA this year there are 20 players scoring 25

Plus per game in 2000 there were five so sha scoring 30 points in 2000 was like scoring 50 now comparing stats over eras is so misleading the other problem is playoffs Shaq was more dominant in the biggest games four chips three finals MVPs em be has never made a Conference

Finals if it wasn’t for train wreck star teammates like Ben Simmons and James Harden he’d be known as a big game choker Harden got so much crap for that game seven against Boston what about embiid dude scored 15 points with eight boards and one assist he shot 28% from

The field did we ever think embiid can’t win the big game for anyone to say embiid is just a better player than Shaq is ridiculous but all that changes with a championship the Nuggets just proved you don’t need a big three just surround your MVP with Elite role players and a

Shot making point guard and for embiid that is Tyrese Maxi he’s putting up career numbers on slightly less efficiency which is expected with more defensive pressure but Maxi has kept his turnovers about the same while doubling his assists the only issue is defense he’s 6′ one and teams hunt him in crunch

Time but Maxi can fight back here demard de rosan wants to get the switch with maxi one-on-one it works but Tyrese hounds his man stays in front of dear and forces a tough shot and Miss but even if Philly has that onew combo what about the rest embiid and Maxi against

Tatum and brown okay but how you going to match up with Drew holiday christops porzingis and Derek white embiid maxi against Giannis Dame okay but the Bucks rotation is so experienced they need a change now a lot of fans are excited about their cap space Philly can add a

Max contract to emida Maxi this summer but the problem is cap space ain’t what it used to be I mean last year just one Allstar chams teams in free agency Fred Van vet to the Rockets but go back to just 2019 seven Allstars flipped for cap space kawwai ktie Kyrie Kimo Walker

Jimmy Butler DLo and Al Horford four of those were all NBA players but now zero all NBA players have signed in free agency the last four years combined what happened well cap space has lost its value for two reasons first teams are just too smart to lose a player for

Nothing so if they sense that he’s going to leave in free agency they just trade him to a team he likes second is the popularity of sign now ask out later players realized hey I could just take this guaranteed money from my team and just demand a trade if I want out for

Example Damen Lillard signed a 2-year extension and then just demanded a trade out of Portland James Harden picked up his player option demand man to trade the next day both players never even had a chance to be free agent so if Philly waits for cap space they might have Paul

George LeBron SE yakum Drew holiday demard Rosen or ogan anobi but they have to get lucky that one of these guys wants to leave his team and then chooses to play for them do you know how risky that is plus how many more healthy embid seasons do they have so for that reason

I think Philly makes a big trade instead what player will they target well it turns out their front office guy darl M explained exactly what they want and it crosses out one huge name first off you they need to be pretty pretty solid on both ends like it’s just as you get into

The playoffs it gets very hard to uh for your top guys to be elite one way uh it has worked it’s very rare though the other thing would be we probably need them to have a playmaking you sort of connect ball movement aspects we are a little

Short on that and it becomes more important in the playoff okay so a two-way player who can also playmake that automatically cancels out Zack LaVine he is Elite only on offense I expect Philly to have zero interest the other name is Pascal cakam Reports say he is not a Target potentially because

Of his icy relationship with his Old Coach Nick nurse but reporter Chris Haynes says they do have interest in Deonte Murray he is a two-way player even if defense has dipped in Atlanta he’s shooting the three ball and can be a secondary ball handler with maxi so to

Get him Philly needs a three-way trade Deonte Murray Clint Capel and uto Porter Jr Raptors get Tobias Harris DeAnthony Melton the 2028 first from the Clippers and the 2029 Swap and the Hawks get SE yakum a 2026 first from Philly and the Sixers 23rd Prett Swap and the key is

Draft picks not all picks are created equal but the unprotected Clipper pick and swap are as valuable as it gets the Raptors swap that for Pascal plus they get a backup point guard in Melton the Hawks part with deante and Clint capella for seaka and a late first that Philly

Has okay that would take a lot to happen but it helps all three teams another star Target for the Sixers could be Jeremy Grant he is Wast ing his Prime in Portland and he checks every box that darl myy mentioned or they could go the role player route and I think the guys

Who check the boxes are Alex Caruso and Malcolm Brogden both guys are the connector they’re looking for and have two-way upsid so I strongly believe that Philly has to and will make a trade at the deadline it is the only way to finally get embiid to the finals and

Prevent his own trade demand later right now they are in third place which is a lot better than what the Lakers can say they’re barely in a playing spot so not only do they have trade rumors but their coach darham could get fired for Doc Rivers

The Sixers will be one of the most aggressive teams at the NBA trade deadline if recent reports are correct. They haven’t missed a beat since trading James Harden but there are troubling signs below the surface. This is a look at how Joel Embiid is in big trouble if Philly doesn’t play their next move right.

  1. So quick question, feel free to answer as you like. My sister asked me what would be the difference between an All-Star and SuperStar. My brain froze for a second since I didn't knew how to answer that simple question.

Thanks in advance. Love to yall.

  2. Embid and Philly are not as good as they appear with that record. Jokic is still the MVP until he loses the title and Embid so far has proven he is a choker.

  3. better numbers against bad teams LOL jokic is stl THE MVP, until embiid the loser wins anything of note he's a đŸ€Ą blm media pity MVP winner

  4. who would have have thought during the Bubble season that in 2024 Caruso would be in the top 5 prime trade targets for all contenders…
Oh wait, the advanced analytics said that he impacted defence more than AD and he wasn't a net negative on offence and he's been improving offensively since he joined the Bulls.

  5. embiid had that 50 something game and only 1 of them is in the post. comes playoff time he won't get those weakass fouls and those jumper won't be falling as much. Let's see if he can win playing like that. I vividly remember that literally everyone on Miami was able to keep him outside the paint. If you can't get position on Jimmy butler who is like 5 inches and 50 pounds smaller every single time, then all these regular season points are just empty

  6. It's not easier to score. Scoring skills have evolved and players are better scorers now. For both average and elite players.

  7. "Do you know how easy it is to score now" – person in this video. It's because the league now is way talented to before so obv players now > players then

  8. I wouldn’t call having a great regular season again, proving the haters wrong when the criticism was about play off performance

  9. People are smoking pipe dream…Can't believe you didn't mention he gets so many fouls called and free throws…Good player makes whole team better… Not just jamming one stat to oblivion…Jokic is in multiple categories, and also look at efficiency and precision!

  10. If Shaq plays now he would drop 50 on you on 85% shooting every night lol. Not being able to touch or hand check Shaq without fouling. Less time being able to stay in the paint to defend bec of rules. More people shooting threes meaning you can't have 2-3 people converging on Shaq on the paint.

  11. The Sixers making a move this season probably hurts their chances of winning this season. Replacing chemistry and continuity with talent is not always an immediate upgrade. If they get another difference making player—learning how to integrate that player—designing new schemes to maximize the positive effect of that new player takes a LOT of time and a lot of reps. It’s hard to do that in the second half of a season. Assuming that the Sixers immediately get better by trading now is a huge assumption.

  12. Now compare playoff stats, and suddenly you got shaq vs some 20ppg nobody scrub.

I dont get how people still havent realised that embiid is a league product, just like Harden. Abuses certain weak rules for his position, but once your opponents care about the games and play defense, they falter and become useless.

  13. Embiid is one of the best regular season player no doubt about him, but when playoffs come just forget about him!

  14. They are overhyping this dude so much like really? Better than prime Shaq? Defense way back then are more inclined to defending on paint so Shaq doesn't have much space to operate. If you give Shaq the floor spacing in today's NBA he will score as much or more than Embid.
