The rage of no free throws at the end of the Indiana game made him flawless from the line the next game

  2. ImeStopPlayingDennis

The wolves kept trying to fuck with him at the line too

KAT’s high pitch voice sticks out so much on the court mics

Brown would hit another level if he started finding creative ways to get the the line.

Tatum is 12th rn right between Anthony Davis and Julius Randle. Sandwiched between a couple of bruisers shows hes making an effort to get to the line. Hes getting 7.1 free throws per game.

Brown is 46th overall in free throw attempts per game which is insane given how aggressive he is trying to get to the rim. Brown averages 4.5 free throws per game and trails guys like Anfernee Simons, Terry Rozier, Mikal Bridges, Jerami Grant, Brandon Ingram, Steph Curry, and Jalen Brunson. All of these guys either have significantly less star power, or are more perimeter oriented players who logically wouldn’t get fouled as much.

Idk if Brown is actively avoiding contact or he gets a bad whistle, but his playstyle and volume tell me her should be getting more FT’s than some of those guys listed.

Porzingis also has Brown beat by shooting 5.9 FT’s per game, good for 22nd in the league, which is a good place for him.

Just to round put the starting 5, White gets 3 per game good for 83rd, and Jrue Holiday gets 1.5 per game putting him at 184th.

Plus good defense on ANT. Reminds me of JB clamping Siakam in the bubble.

  5. *JB pissed at officials after blown calls late in Pacers game*

**preceeds to get career high fts in next game**

This was always a short coming in his game that had me scratching my head. With his ability to get to the rim it surprised me that free throw shooting wasn’t something he didn’t perfect. Now he just needs the refs to step up their game and call a foul when it’s a foul.

Also shoutout to brown for his rebounding last night. He had some HUGE rebounds late in the fourth and in overtime

The top comment is criticizing Jaylen Brown, on an appreciation post and in the same comment says that he is already aggressive at the basket.

He then praises Tatum, in a critique comment of Jaylen Brown, on an appreciation post.

You can’t make this shit up. Celtic fans hate Jaylen brown

JB keeps working on his craft. That’s all you can ask. He is special.

Thank you John Karalis for asking Joe about FTs the other night

JB was locked tf in to close the game. He and JT were the only ones getting anything going most of the game, and once Tatum started going nuclear, JB put Edwards in hell on the defensive end.

  12. The NBA really let us draft two hall of famers in back to back drafts huh

  13. I don’t know how he’s meh at the free throw line. He shoots the mid range so we’ll. It has cost us before. If he gets to high 80% those tight games might not be a thing.
