Zach LaVine’s efficiency COUNTERACTIVE⁉ Windy sounds the alarm for Chicago Bulls | NBA Today

In the Eastern Conference don’t look now but since the return of Zack LaVine the the Bulls are three and0 you’re you’re a Chicago native do you think the Bulls winning impacts whether or not Zack LaVine will be traded this season I don’t know the Bears impact winning assured that Justin Fields won’t get

Traded they didn’t really win it he said bye yeah we all we talk about his trades of young Stars making in this case Zack LaVine money look this I know it’s three games it’s a small sample size does to start to change my thinking about what

They need to do given since Brian and and and and Bob know I call I text him all the time asking about potential Zack LaVine trades and he aners essentially stop there’s no real value there stop asking me somebody ask Brian again maybe he’s best served staying there if they

Can get him and Kobe white who is now the best player on that team to continue this they’re only behind that group of five that are all tied right at 21 17 the Bulls have played better they went from January 1 to the end of last season

With the number one defense so it’s doable particularly with Drummond playing some more and securing rebounds it’s doable do I have faith in it not yet but maybe if Zach has no trade value Brian thank you this is your queue do do do you keep are we best

Served by keeping Zack LaVine in this lineup no if they were if they could trade Zack LV in the next five minutes they would trade him and Zach would happily go to the airport I don’t think anything has changed there I think they absolutely want to trade him right you

Said they’re behind this group they’re four games behind them they’re they’re under 500 made up like four games in a hurry they were eight games behind I actually think it’s kind of dangerous right now I think the Bulls need to restructure their their I won’t say rebuild they need to restructure their

Team and this winning May convince them not to do it you don’t want to finish ninth or 10th but I kind of was waiting for Zack LaVine to have a good performance and we see it 25 points 13 rebounds like hello I feel like if

You’re a player you know if you want to get out you’re like let me go out here and show myself my best is there peer pressure there you got and you both would know this you get Kobe white who comes in who’s been a a pick you

Resigned him on your team and he’s in that locker room too and now Kobe white is balling every night is there peer pressure there on Zack LaVine let me reintroduce myself well you don’t want Kobe white looking over his shoulder but here’s my question why is the value down

For Zack LaVine I’m looking at his numbers while I produc a Tommy in my ear telling me to look up and I’m looking at these numbers in my phone saying he averaged 25 almost 25 points last season 24 the the year before that and then 27

And 25 he is a buck look up the contract numbers while you’re at I understand that but we got to think about this in a couple years they go to have guys making 75 million a year what’s [Applause] 40 is

Brian Windhorst, Michael Wilbon, Kendrick Perkins and Chiney Ogwumike join Malika Andrews on NBA Today to discuss the direction the Chicago Bulls are heading despite producing at 3-0 record since Zach LaVine’s return.

  1. Here me out, could y’all see Lonzo coming back in a Dreymond Green/Ben Simmons type of roll to keep Coby in the starting lineup

  2. I been knew this wasn't going to work. Derozan & Lavine are some of the more overrated players in the NBA. They might be decent as the 2nd or 3rd option, but as the #1 option, they aren't carrying a franchise anywhere, same caliber as like a Bradley Beal. They're gifted & talented, but they don't impact winning as that #1 guy. Derozan had some success in Toronto, but the East was whack during those times, a big reason why LeBron was able to get to 8 straight Finals. There weren't any teams as good as the East has had the past 5 years, with the Bucks, 76ers, & Celtics, all the best players were in the West for a majority of the 2010s, & guys like Giannis, Embiid, & Tatum were still too young. When Derozan went to the West with Spurs & had arguably the GOAT coach, he accomplished nothing. If you have two Allstar caliber players on your team like Derozan & Lavine, you should be able to make the Playoffs as a bottom seed at the very least, those 2 guys just don't impact winning very much though. You're not going to win with those 2 guys as your best players. Bulls need to just tank a few years & hope they hit on a generational talent, it's just unfortunate Rose kept getting injured for them, he could've been that.

  3. I believe in Coby. We went 11-6 I think while Zach was on the bench. I’d rather trade Zach for assets or picks and build around Coby.

  4. DUHHHHHH HES ON THE TRADE BLOCK OF COURSE HES GONNA BALL OUT!!! Once he gets somewhere it’s gonna go back to the inconsistency and be injured all the time

  5. Coby white hasnt probed anything yet? Can we have him do this for a season with teams actually game planning for him b4 we building around him 😂
