Because while he may be a player who could work in some teams, I just can’t see how you’re gonna maxmize LeBron and AD by surrounding them with a career 34% 3-point shooter.

Where’s all this reaves hatred coming from? This sub was on his nuts just a few weeks ago now everyone is talking abt how he’s not good and how they want to trade him for Murray. Relax a bit, he’s still a 15 ppg+ scorer with decent playmaking and has shown good shooting potential many times before.
If we trade reaves (even though we shouldn’t, dlo/vando should get traded before him since dlo is too inconsistent and vando is just rubbish on offense) then we should get something that is a noticable improvement to our roster, for example lavine+caruso.
Murray has never been a good shooter and there’s a high chance his shooting becomes horrid once he joins the lakers, his defense hasn’t been good either in atlanta so what does he actually bring to the team?
The first move is to fire ham. Maybe then our team would start playing better because we would actually have someone who’s at least somewhat competent at his role. After that we can see who needs to be moved.
