Society if refs could actually make good and fair calls every game

I can only imagine how many 3s the Mavs would have hit if we insisted on doubling Kyrie more than we already did

Doubling Kyrie is what cost us the game when Jalen Green cheesed the wide open 3
OG should never guard a PG unless it’s Luka
No way a dude 6 foot 8 can ever stay in front of an NBA PG, especially the greatest dribbler the NBA has ever seen
OG is great for locking up wings and switching to bigs
Every single possession they automatically screen OG and got a switch anyways, which Kyrie absolutely murdered
Thibs has to be a bit more intelligent on nights like this

Kai is a master at dribling past doubles. Its almost a waste of energy.

They could have showed double then back up. It used to be done a lot in the nba. Not it is non existent. It could have forced kirie into passing out of it early. Or use up a few more seconds on the clock.

I agree he should have been doubled earlier. He was on fire. That said, a road game, an all-world talent like Kyrie, and we were within 1 under a minute left. That last 3 they hit was every bad bounce in their favor on the planet.
