that guy’s probably a completely reasonable person who shouldn’t be ostracized for wanting to emulate a successful franchise, lol
with that being said: nothing in the last 20~ years of portland basketball suggests that they’ll be capable of digging out of this hole. the first step would be the monumental task of hawking another superstar as successful as dame, and the second would be somehow creating a developmental system up there with the best farms in the NBA
