    Thank you. God I’ve been arguing with idiots for the last 20 minutes about this who refuse to accept a reality where a ref was right. By the way, it’s an insane call. To be able to see that this is a block is an amazing job by the referee.

  2. You’re right, ball first then arm, legal play.

    I try not to argue with people over foul calls on reddit, especially with popular team fan bases.

  3. The bias can get so bad on /r/nba. The other night Celtics fans were acting like jaylen brown got decapitated by buddy hield when the refs said incidental contact. Then the l2m report came out, which is a literal audit by professional referees, confirming it was the correct call and they still couldn’t accept it

    Some Celtics fans are just like their star players, complaining about calls in games that are over/ don’t matter instead of just winning the game and going home. Like what you want two extra free throws to go up 31 instead of 30? Stat padders.
