Classic case of refs tossing players for rightfully calling them out on their total incompetence. Ref fans been eating way too much recently

  3. cs-shitposter

Imagine the numbers the NBA would do if the players did a roast of the refs

Adam Silver better be writing this shit down

    Tatum: gets blatantly fouled

    Ref: “I sleep”

Tatum: says he got blatantly fouled

    Ref: “Fuck u say?”

I know he was probably going to be benched soon anyway but if I’m paying to see the Celtics and Tatum gets tossed for something like that I would be pissed. NBA refs need to be held accountable for their actions when they get called out for being trash. Tatum does complain alot but that’s a bad no call.

  6. Refs have been horrible this season. Silver, come get your boys.

  7. meanwhile Adam Silver’s scouring eBay for used Kissinger underwear or something

  8. bro refs call nothing fouls and then don’t call that. nba is theatre

That ref doesn’t have a poker face at all. He knows what he did was wrong lol

Everyone calling it bs without even knowing what he said to the ref.

  11. I can easily understand why it didn’t get called. It looked good live and even on replay the defender gets a lot of ball right as he also gets the forearm. Obviously he’s upset about other calls too but getting so upset to get kicked out is a silly choice. How many T’s does he have now? And please spare me about how the refs hate him, I’m well aware of some of the BS clapping calls and what not he has gotten all year.

You can see at 33 seconds that he makes contact with the ball at the same time as the body. It’s the RIGHT call, and it’s actually insane that the ref was able to see that.

What does the ref get for doing a good job? A bunch of idiots on the internet calling for his job.

  13. nightfoundered

How can you not clearly see his right hand get knocked off the ball in real time? Jeez. Obvious foul.

  14. I don’t understand why Tatum is so quickly given techs when players like Draymond can literally yell in their faces.

  15. Illustrious-Stuff-70

So is the nba going to do anything? this shit starting to be a everyday thing now lol

  16. scoottzee

These refs man. They are seriously ruining the game this year BIG TIME. Run these clowns out of town and start fresh already. Every fan is willing to put up with a learning curve at this point over the egregious egotistical power stroking jerkoff refs all over this league right now. And I don’t even like Boston.

  17. guffzillar

That wasn’t a very obvious foul but because Tatum got rocked at the rim he had to have an episode over the lack of call. Meanwhile he should be twice as embarrassed over losing his emotions like that.

  18. IAmSuperiorLogic

    This is 100% intentional.

Manipulation of the over / under, spread, or simply the NBA trying to keep games entertaining and benefit franchises that need a boost to their fanbase while improving ratings.

    Some combination of those factors.

Fuck the Refs. NBA is scripted basketball entertainment.

The real issue isn’t even if it was a foul or not. That’s like a red herring.

The real issue is ejecting Tatum for a fairly harmless dismissal “forget you” wave at the ref, especially considering the yelling at refs that some players are allowed to do without getting techs. That was just ridiculous.
