Hit some t uh some tough ones um offensive rebounds um but yeah just just the little things playing with po obviously he gets dou lot lot do you feel like with your ability to space the floor like the perfect compliment for I think just trying to help just trying
To help him help him out obviously he gets a lot of attention so I think it’s kind of on us just to kind of you know cut space out um and then be aggressive when we when he does kick it out to us or you know certain situations it kind
Of takes pressure off him um so yeah you mentioned before that sh Alexander is a player that you watched a lot just how helpful was it to play against him maybe some things that you learned during this game you can say for uh yeah I mean
Uh obviously a great scorer and uh he does a good job of using his body to to one get fouled and create space so uh just as a basketball mind uh of course it’s fun playing against uh players like that so uh yeah I mean that’s that’s that at
This stage of your development where do you see your game as far as where it’s grown since the beginning is there any particular thing that you feel like you’re excelling at more than any you were earlier in um I mean really just getting more settled in uh game by game
I feel like I’m getting more comfortable and um finding my spots uh but yeah I mean I’m just trying to take it day by day um yeah just be aggressive when I’m out there and uh keep disrupting the game on defense um but I definitely think uh it’s starting to slow down just
Every game it slows down a little bit more you know second of the back to back you guys are missing players but you’re not a group to make excuses what was the conversation in the locker room after this type of f where you maybe had a
Chance to win but couldn’t come up came up oh yeah I mean uh you know it’s a lot of games uh we we played last night like you said um but you know uh it’s over uh there are some things we could have did better down the stretch um off defensive
Rebounding uh just there’s there’s just a lot of stuff you can point to but uh I think there’s a lot of good that we did also and um I mean we got another one coming up in a couple days so uh get our rest get back healthy and then you know
We’re we’re moving on now tonight was your first uh time in double figer since December 26th we see games where you’re super aggressive and hunting for your own shot tonight what’s kind of the disparity between when you take a backseat and when you’re super aggressive like tonight um uh like I
Said I’m I’m just uh still trying to figure out just when to to be aggressive and get to my spots and um yeah I mean it’s just uh some nights uh you know my teammates are finding me I’m cutting I’m getting open shots and uh some nights my teammates are going
And scoring so I’m just kind of giving what the game uh gives to me and in that sense okay OKC one of the more potent offensive teams you guys held them to well below their standard shooting wise is this kind of a testament to what you guys are capable of defensively when you
Guys are locked in closing the shooters and things like that yeah definitely I mean I think we all know how good they are offensively especially with Shay at the head of the snake um so I think just I don’t know what they finished with but I know they had like 49 points at
Halftime or something like that so I mean that’s pretty impress impressive so I think just continuing um to like hang our hat on the defensive end um is going to be a big thing for us um down the stretch in the second half of the season
For sure Caleb how have you seen uh chuma develop as a Defender these these minutes and 10 minutes and what not recently yeah I no I think it’s been great um I mean it’s not easy from going to like not playing to to playing and then guarding um like most of the better
Players on the court especially oneon-one um so shout out to him um but I think it’s been great been active um using his length um just yeah playing well defensively um and offensively shooting his shots um being aggressive so yeah you guys good
