I really do hope Lonzo can get back out there and put together a healthy career. Really felt like he was starting to put it together before he got injured.

  2. I know they said the surgery looked good but a big part of me still doubts he’ll return

Dunno whether it’s genetics, shit luck or his dad pushing him too hard/teaching him the wrong way to do things

I hope Zo come back better than ever , come back home to the Lakers

  4. All those years playing on concrete with shitty Baller shoes really did a number on the Ball bros’ ankles/knees man …

What happened to him doing that video proving his knees were ok after Stephen A said he couldn’t walk up stairs

  6. pinktwhite

Damn he hasn’t run in two years? I wouldn’t expect him to get starter minutes til next year

This sucks, man. Lonzo is a good dude and such a joy to watch play

People shit on Lavar saying he ruined Lonzos career but let’s not forget the push that man gave his sons got 2 of em to sign fat second contracts in the NBA. They set for life and have their dad to thank for it.

He’s done. Super sad, but he’s not coming back to professional sports after a 2 year long knee injury with multiple surgeries.

Feel bad for him. He was really rounding into a nice player when he got hurt.

I really hope he gets healthy. He’s a good kid and you can tell he plays winning basketball. At his height, I can see him being the type of impact player that Jrue Holiday was during his prime. One or two all start nods and the type of player that every contending team will want to have.

Bulls have been at a $20M cap deficit and it’s been tough. You can feel that we miss what Lonzo’s money can buy.

Oh sweet he’s expected to start running? This is like that scene in the beginning of forest gump when he’s running and the braces fall off

All undone by them broken ugly shoes his loudmouth dad was peddling

The shoes are an easy scapegoat but another theory I’ve heard is that they did too many gimmicky plyometric stuff for speed, bounce, and explosiveness… and not enough old school squat, Tim Grover type strength training to balance it out.

As cool as it’d be to see him back out on the court on a simple human level I just hope he can live a normal life without pain. Apparently he was honestly struggling to move around without pain before this newest surgery.

Is Zo’s knee the most messed up in NBA history ? I love his game so much it’s a shame he never got to his full potential.

Two years is a long time especially in basketball.

I’m hoping he becomes Shaun Livingston 2.0. There’s hope.

  20. Thanks for the reminder. I really needed this today.

So sad, Zo seems like a good dude. I know he will always be kinda tied to Tatum but what if he never got injured? I think he would be close to Tatum and considered a solid 2nd pick

Truly an amazing player to watch every game. Unlike anyone else. Really hope he comes back!
