I blame Reinsdorf for all the Bulls woes and the incompetence. He gave absolute green light to Krause and acted as if they could replicate the dynasty without MJ. Krause was insecure, yes, but Reinsdorf truly does not know what the hell he is doing as a president. The fact he literally allowed an insecure f@t guy let the biggest name in sports at the time walk away from his team is the most downright incompetent thing you could do as an owner.
I didn’t see it, but going through those years as a Bulls fan and listening to you describe it, I can totally envision it because I’ve seen the fans boo him when he was still alive after the chips. This is not a good look for Chicago or it’s fans. I’ve always prided my city on having the classiest big city fans you can ever see. We are heads and shoulders above Boston, Philly, NY and LA fans. Many of those fans are the worst type of human beings imaginable. But to be so classless as to boo the man’s widow on receiving recognition in his honor—we are no better than those animals. Yes, I was very pissed off at Krause for breaking up the team when I knew we could’ve definitely won at least one more with that core.
