I think Pop’s disingenuous about a lot of things that he says but obviously Timmy’s long gone and Pops back in business they hit the lottery they got Victor Wim Yama and yet I keep studying my Spurs and I do still watch many of their games not quite like
I watched before but I watch them fairly often often I watch the Lakers more just because of LeBron but I do watch my fair share of Spurs games but it keeps driving me crazier and crazier because I don’t see any progress since Timmy walked out that door without pop right behind
Him and then Manu retired and then Tony retired and then Kawai got sick of pop and quit his way out of San Antonio and Via Toronto and a championship wound up with the Clippers Pop’s still there and I don’t see any progress I don’t see great coaching I don’t see
Genius I see average to below average and suddenly he has the player a 20-year-old who’s being hailed as maybe the greatest player ever when he reaches his Peak at 7 feet whatever he is three or 4 inches tall wimy and I’m thinking where’s the impact on the

…i think pop is still coaching cause he wants to stay busy…adding wemby to this team that won 22 games last season… should of been an easier transition at least 15 more games than last season…people think pop is tanking I think he's a bad coach…he hasn't showed anything the last 4-5 seasons…and we all thought pop could take a bad team to at least be an 8th seed…this is vassell 4th season keldon's 5th and a player like wemby this shouldn't be a bad team or at least not this bad…pop sucks he's still coaching cause he wants the creft when this team finally starts winning…pop wants people to say that he built this team that's why he's still coaching…

This season is an experiment. It's obvious if you really were watching their games. With Wemby now at the 5 and Tre Jones starting at PG, the Spurs have actually been pretty competitive. Look at the last 5 games.
If the spurs where in the east or in the north they would have a much better record. If you look at the teams they have to play the most every year their all good or pretty good. Suns, dallas, okc, pelicans, denver. I mean lebron and curry arent even in the play in right now. Thats how good the west is. if the spurs were in the east they would probably have the 11 or 12th seed
This has to be an old recording…Skip is my guy, but Pop has actually started to do things that make sense… nothing genius…just basic coaching decisions that he should have made st the beginning of the season

I think what some Spurs fans need to realise is that Popp is taking baby steps cus this is a very young team. The Spurs have been improving, it's just gonna take time with this young core!
