Who do you think we should pick up if available at a good price?

My sleeper pick is actually Fultz – Tre has shown that Wemby doesn’t need a score first / sharpshooter PG to thrive, and Fultz has been written off by a lot of teams despite quietly making a resurgence in Orlando, especially since the Magic do need a PG who can shoot the ball better. Fultz is a slight but sufficient upgrade from Tre statistically (career 11-3-5 > 8-2-4 for pts rebs asts) and on size (6’4>6’1) which impacts defense. He’s on an expiring contract and maybe can be convinced to sign something friendly
I’m not entirely sold on the return of DJ and the price for Trae is going to be too high despite what a lot of people have suggested (including [the Ringer](https://www.theringer.com/nba/2024/1/15/24038442/nba-trade-rumors-deadline-spurs-lakers-dejounte-murray-trae-young))

Problem with fultz is his knee.
I prefer to keep with what we have, probably I would like to get more picks if that possible

I reckon there is something like an 80-90% chance that we don’t make a “positive” move. We aren’t ready to be giving up decent assets for the types of names suggested (and least not at the price required).
The most likely trade moves would be something like moving Cedi for a couple of 2nds, Zach for a late 1st, Doug for anything, kind of moves – if any team is interested. I reckon we only get a vet PG if they come free (either a buyout, or a throw-in to some other 3-team deal where we help take on salary), and really only if it someone taking on the Gorgiu Dieng role: basically knowing that their job is not really gonna be to play much, and not to chase their own numbers, but to help the young guys grow.
If we trade cedi and Doug we’ll suck even worse , at least Blake is getting better
