He is what most people rank him at… Darn good. Has lots of skills. Young and still developing his game. Still has battles with inconsistency and is not that top level hero-leader that carries his team on his back. But he’s a top-level talent that the Pels should retain. If not, some team will gladly pay him.

We saw what Bi can be at his best last year averaging 28/7/7 in that two month stretch, the problem is unleashing it in a system with two other 20pt scorers.
And looking at duo or big threes, it takes time and chemistry to make things work, this only like the 40th or so game CJ, BI and Z have played together, Denver for example having been playing together for years so they look more polished

I dont think he is worth max money but Pels may be forced to resign him because you are all in and probably you wont get a better player. BUT if there is a player who ask for a trade like Embiid, Luka, etc I would gladly put BI in the trade. I just think he does not work with Zion and at the same time he cannot be the #1 option. Long story short, I would keep him to stay competitive but I would watch for the trade market. Before anyone says that Zion is the same or worse, I would do the same for Zion, but his contract is longer and more team friendly for the moment, and his potential is higher
