Hawks REVEAL Asking Price For Dejounte Murray TRADE… | Knicks News

We have some major updates on the dejon Murray situation reports are escalating indicating that the Atlanta Hawks are looking to move on from Murray and another player not only that we also have the updated asking price from the Atlanta Hawks from what they would want from any team looking to trade for

Deonte Murray we have all of these updates and so much more for you guys today so be sure you’re subscrib to the channel and have notifications turned on so you don’t miss a second of the new content and now let’s get started the Hawks asking price for Theon

Murray has been revealed now we’ve been hearing a lot of different reports lately regarding the Hawks who they’re looking to trade and if they were going to trade deante Murray what the potential pack was going to be that they would accept back we’ve heard players we’ve heard picks we’ve heard a

Combination of both but now finally thanks to an NBA Insider we have the final scoop in regards to the Atlanta Hawks and the offer that they’re seeking for the jeon Murray at this point in time right now according to NBA Insider Kevin o’ Conor he states that the

Atlanta Hawks are looking for two first round picks for Deonte Murray his exact quote is from people I’ve spoken with the Hawks are asking for two first in return for Murray who would prefer to join a team with a chance to make an immediate playoff run so far no one has met their

Demands Connor continues in his article by stating the focus for the Hawks is flipping Murray accumulating assets and seeing where they land first following the deadline and then in the draft young is dealing with the left calf contusion so if the team keeps dropping games maybe it’ll even decide to sit him to

Tank games to improve its Lottery odds shout out to Kevin oconor an NBA Insider for giving us this massive up update on the Atlanta Hawks and what they’re looking to get in any potential dejon Murray deal and if you notice what they’re looking to get at least

According to this Insider is two first round picks now I don’t know if you noticed that but they didn’t say if it was going to be protected picks unprotected picks or anything of the like usually when you make a report like that you usually include if it’s going

To be protected or unprotected picks the fact that this report does not signify which particular first round picks they want protected or unprotected tells me that the New York Knicks absolutely have a chance to get the jeon Murray because if we’re just talking about picks boatload of picks and that’s what the

Hawks want there is probably no better team in the running for deante Murray who could help the Hawks with a lot of picks the Knicks have all of their own picks and a lot of protected picks as well too and when you look at the Hawks

You look at the picks they gave up I’m looking at that 2025 pick that they gave to the San Antonio Spurs now if I’m looking at the Knicks they own their pick but they also own the Bucks protected top five protected 2025 pick that’s going to convey if you’re the Knicks you’re

Likely going to want to give that pick to the Hawks along with another pick and maybe Evan forier to try to get dejon Murray on this roster at least for me that’s the trade I’m giving them after hearing this report but there’s something else that Connor mentioned

There that I want to go ahead and pull up again because it really speaks volume in regards to De Jon Murray and his value at this point in time take a listen to this again so far no one has met the Hawks demands in terms of giving

Them two first round picks for dejon Murray that is a classic example of value when you’re trading for somebody being here because when the Hawks traded for de jonte Murray he was coming off an Allstar appearance and his value was here and they thought that Trey young

And deante were going to be perfect together fast forward to today not only is it not perfect it is not working it looks bad and dejon Murray actually recently spoke out about the possibility of being traded by the Hawks and he said the following shout out to Paul Garcia

An NBA Insider who gave us the following quote from Dennis Scott a TNT broadcaster who got the following quote from deante Mar Mar on being traded in trade rumors it’s part of the business I’m going to stay professional and be a good teammate it’s definitely part of the business but when

You scrub your social media of all hawks related information it tells me that you’re absolutely going to be traded before the trade deadline to which particular team I don’t know but clearly there are a number of teams interested in adding to jonte Murray you have Philly you have the Lakers and you have

The good old New York mix who have been interested in Murray for the last few weeks and according to reports they remain interested in the jante muray and they remain interested in trying to trade for de jonte Murray and this is even going up until yesterday the Knicks

Have interest and still want to add DE jante because they feel he could be an added benefit to the back court with Jaylen Brunson Off the Bench or whatever you need to plug and play him in order for this Knicks team to get better and be that actual contender in the East

That everybody knows they can be if and only if they add that other piece but we’re not done here we have other updates on this situation for you guys as well too because Brian windhorse from ESPN also gave us the following updates on the Deon mury sweep Stakes according

To Brian windhorse he States I know the Lakers and the Hawks have talked and I know it was like okay check back after January 15th today is the 16th so we might get more information about that meeting today he also States what woes is saying is it’s not just the Lakers

And I know the Knicks have been tied in I would also keep an eye on the Nets and I know the Knicks have been tied in that was an update given to us just yesterday so clearly without a shout of a doubt the New York Knicks have been interested

In Murray remain interested in Murray and are still actively trying to trade for him and if the Hawks only want two first round picks if that’s the only thing that the Hawks want for the jonte Murray I am absolutely if I’m the Knicks going out there and trying to get Murray

But here’s the thing even though the Hawks want two first round picks it’s clear the market is not giving them two first round picks so if I’m the Knicks if I really want Murray there are two things I’m going to do here number one I’m reading the market because I’m not

Going to pay more than I need to pay to get de jeante Murray on this roster so if I have to give up one first round pick a protected pick and EV four in order to get Deon Mari on this roster I’m going to do it even if the Hawks

Don’t like that package even if the Hawks overall would never choose that package if it’s the best package on the table for a player that you’re actively trying to move you might be desperate enough to take it and that is exactly the feeling I’m getting out of Atlanta

Right now they feel desperate they’re losing a lot they have a lot of players that they need to pay but here’s the biggest part of that even though they got to pay a lot of players the biggest part is they don’t want to pay a lot of

These players they want to move on from a lot of these players the three names that the Hawks have put out there in regards to players they would like to move on from have been dejonte Murray Clint capella and DeAndre Hunter other than those three the Hawks really Haven

An entertain trades for any of the other players on the roster now that doesn’t mean that they wouldn’t entertain trades it just means they have a clear focus and goal they want to move on from specific players those players have already been defined I’m not saying they

Can’t update or change who those players are they absolutely can but since the beginning of all of this the Hawks have been extremely clear in their situation and their ongoings in terms of Trades they want to move on from capella Murray and Hunter and if they can do that and

Not have to move anybody else they’ll absolutely go ahead and do that but it’s clear the market for Murray right now is very very dry and what they’re seeking back in a return they’re not able to get back right now if you remember they gave

Up a lot to get Murray I believe it was three first round picks and a pick swap now they’re begging for two first round picks at most and those first round picks are not even defined as protected or unprotected that’s where they are right now and that’s the gamble with

Trading for a star especially if he doesn’t fit your roster because if you give up a lot to get that star you’re not guaranteed to get the same return back when you move that star especially if it doesn’t work the Mari experiment for the Hawks has failed it doesn’t work

They need to move him the Knicks the Lakers and according to Brian windhorse the Nets are all potential teams to watch out for in the dejonte Murray sweep Stakes because it seems like all of these teams have the assets necessary in order to get deante on the roster but

If we’re just looking at picks and that’s mainly what the Hawks want then Brooklyn and the Knicks are the only two teams they’re likely going to deal with because they have the picks necessary to make any type of Z Mur deal worthwhile they also have the players necessary in

Order to match salary or get them another player that potentially the Hawks can use either in a trade or potentially waving off the books if you’re talking about Evan forier so that way they have room available next off season to go out and make another major

Play to get another player to pair with Trey young because clearly that’s the goal to pair more Talent with Trey young and their breakout star in Jaylen Johnson and this is exactly the risk you have when you trade for a star because if it doesn’t work out everything you

Gave up to trade for that star you may not be able to get back but in the Nicks aspect here if you buy low on a player like Murray and get his value all the way back up you can potentially flip him for the star or Superstar player you

Want in the future many benefits for the Knicks here I’m excited I’m happy the Knicks are in the running for dejon Murray still I think if the Hawks are only looking for picks the Knicks have the assets to do that and get Murray on this roster and not only that they could

Potentially save even more assets into de Jon Murray trade which gives them even more flexibility in the future to add more talent to this roster that for me would be a win win win for the New York Knicks and Leon Rose we’re going to wait and see what the Knicks do here and

What player they ultimately trade for but if it is dejon and they get him for a steal of a deal myself and many Nick fans will be happy and praising the Knicks and ESP especially Leon Rose but what about you guys what do you think about this update here from the Hawks

Basically stating that in any dejon M deal they’re looking for two first round picks let me know in the comments Below guys because honestly I would love to hear from you but that’s going to do it for this episode I hope you enjoyed it and if you did go ahead and smash that

  1. Give them one unprotected and 2 protected picks. We’re never gonna see the Detroit and Washington picks as first rounders. Just give them away.

  2. Porzingus just keeps on giving! Give them Dallas or Milwaukee's #1 pick, a #2 pick & Fortier for Murray. We must keep Grimes for our future BIG TRADE! 🎯

  3. I feel it's more than 2 first round pick or else the Knicks would have made the deal already. Maybe it's two unprotected first round picks that is holding the knickd back from making a deal because we all know they want a Super Star not just a decent starter.

  4. We don't necessarily need to start Murray! We can start: Brunson, Donte, OG, Randle & Hartenstein & Bench: Murray, Grimes, Hart & Precious (we could also get Brogdon instead)

  5. DM F'n sucks and isn't worth 30 a year that goes against the cap. Once the rest of the league sees him fail to make a 30m impact on a team that already has a primary ball handler and a much better one than DM nobody will touch him for whatever the asking price. This trade you propose would be same old knicks and the fact you continue endorsing it leads me to believe you and your followers didn't live through '02 to '20 years as a reasonable adult. You should go back and watch your interview with Jake Fischer. He gets it. Otherwise, thanks for your content but I truly hope Leon Rose understands the business he runs better than you and your followers

  6. I'm not sure why you never mention why Murray and Trae experiment didn't work? Trae does not play off ball, but Brunson can as he did in Dallas for 4 years, so it can work in N.Y.

  7. THE KNICKS DONT NEED MORE GUARDS. THEY NEED BIGS THAT CAN DEFEND AND SHOOT MY GOD. And they're already a serious contender. Ive been critical of Randle plenty even early this year but since he started playing to his strengths this team can already beat anyone. Especially if Mitch were available. I wouldn't touch this roster until summer at earliest but preferably until we see how it works with a proper center rotation.

  8. I'm sorry, but if this report is true.
Leah, rose, you have got to get this done. Just 2 1st round picks, that's it, Leon. If you don't get this done, I'm sorry. It is time to go. This is a slam dunk.

  9. Knicks also need a backup PG and another big man. They’ve got enough picks to get Murray and Capela in one trade and try to get Brogdon in another i just dont think they have the cap space to make this work.

  10. We should just give Atlanta one #1 pick & Fortier! They're the team that's fighting with financial Cap problems, not us so we have the leverage! Fortier can will solve their problems.

  11. Can the knicks hurry the fuck up. Knicks give up the 2 1st fournier grimes achiuwa and flynn for aj murray and bey. Give them this year's now since this draft class is ass after top 5!!!

  12. I;d rather keep Murray then only get 1 first round pick and Evan Fournier. We aren’t desperate, we are going to tank bro

  13. I bet they do, they fucked up trading so much away for someone who was never a fit for their team. He isn't a fit for the Knicks either. Knicks have a good group and will hopefully get Mitchell Robinson back.

  14. Perhaps we can do business again and have a Win, Win and Win… RAPTORS, HAWKS and KNICKS 3-WAY TRADE POSSIBILITY… Cheers from Canada!
