Jalen is a good player. He can stretch the floor and rebounds well and can block shots. He’s a good teammate as well. You’ll be happy with him assuming he’s the filler.
BB is well, idk. He’s a guy. He can play but likely not in your long term plans. Kind of mailed it in after winning the ‘chip and getting the bag $$$$$. He was always going to be a trade piece for us and thats ok. Contract is easy to move and he’ll be desirable on the market so could be good for that reason.
Those picks are going to be mid to low 20’s. Not a lot of value there, but I feel like thats about the best you can hope for.
If 3 FRP’s, no chance Walker, Mathurin, or Nemby are included. All 3 are big parts of the core. Probably couldn’t have gotten any of them anyways, but definitely not with 3 FRP’s out the door.

McConnell would get it done with Brown, but don’t see Raptors wanting to do that unless they flip McConnell right away for a pick + expiring deal.
Brown + Toppin + James Johnson also gets it done.
Johnson obviously would get waived and just sign with a contender.
Surely one of the desirable young pieces are included. Why would Masai trade Pascal three weeks before the deadline for picks and salary filler? Surely he would hold for better.

Pacer picks don’t exactly make your senses tingle. This is a team that’s picked in the lottery a handful of times since Reggie Miller was killing the Knicks in the Garden. Now they’ve got Halliburton and a legit team if they add Pascal. You never say never, but this would be a disappointment.
I’d rather take guys that can play now like Walker/Nembhard and a lesser pick than Bruce Brown and full boat of picks/swaps. You wouldn’t even be in the top 3 of teams with war cheats for when the next star becomes available.
Why we do never discuss the Pacers other rookie Ben Sheppard? Obviously not as high upside as Jarace but young wing who can shoot sounds good to me
