  1. I actually think Terry would be amazing here. I’m just not sure how we’d make him work with Tyler.

It would have to be Terry + something, likely Cody Martins. Which doesn’t make sense since we have the superior twin

  3. BatmanSwift99

He would certainly add the scoring punch we need sometimes

  4. Oh boy. cronin is already on the phone with Charlotte!

Always like heat killer scary terry, he’s a beast and I’d take him anyday

So basically he’s not coming to the Heat confirmed

We have some very bad scoring droughts that he would help put an end to. There have been so many games where we’re right in the mix, then have like a 5 minute scoring drought and it’s basically over. Not a great defender but his playmaking and shot creation would make a trade worth it. He’ll probably start playing more inspired defense if he gets here as well.

Edit: I know he’s on a bad team, but his numbers are better than I thought. 24 points and 7 assists. Could be a good idea.

  8. Zach Lowe has been suggesting a Rozier to Miami deal in each of his last few podcasts (he wasn’t suggesting it’s in the works, but that it could be a good fit).

Being a talented player in Charlotte tends to give guys the “good stats on a bad team” stink, but this dude was a lead guard on that 2018 Celtics team that went to game 7 of the ECF.

He has proven he can ball when the lights are bright.

I feel like the Heat are that hot girl in school that everyone says they’d like to date.

The heat aren’t paying both Terry and Tyler that kind of money as non all stars and if it comes down to choosing between the two they obviously choose Tyler because he is younger and yes a better defender .

  11. Last thing we need is less playmaking on the team

  12. No_Application4833

I’d do it, but only if the price is right. I don’t think he’s worth any first round picks

I mentioned Rozier the other day on another thread here about potential trade targets. Everyone here focuses on Tyus Jones and I don’t know why. I think Rozier is a much better target for us than Jones in terms of sheer offensive potential and with Tyler’s improvements on the defensive end, I could see there being a fit. That being said, I don’t see a trade that makes sense for both teams. We could straight up swap Lowry and a pick for Rozier, but I don’t see Charlotte taking that deal. They would open up massive cap space with Hayward and Lowry’s contracts expiring but they’re a small market team that won’t attract any big free agent stars.

If we try to swap Duncan and salary for Rozier, we’d have to include Richardson or Caleb in any deal. I definitely don’t want Caleb going anywhere, especially with Boston looming potentially in the playoffs, but if it’s a Lowry and Richardson for Rozier swap with no picks, I’d be intrigued (Sorry JRich). I highly doubt Charlotte has any interest in that trade though. I’m sure they’re going to want picks for a rebuild.

The other consideration is that long term, Rozier’s salary puts us in the second apron and it prevents us from re-signing Caleb and Highsmith next season, so again, I don’t see this panning out.

  14. That’s my favorite option from the market. Probably won’t cost us too much, can playmake and attack the rim, two of the things we need the most.

  15. Hornets fans think they’re getting Jaime if we trade for Rozier LMAO.

Undersized guard whose efficiency stinks. No thanks. His numbers might look nice right now but y’all gotta realize he’s putting up these empty stats on a losing team.

  17. Fuck yes, this guy delivers. He will help us fill PG role, and also help us in the 4th quarter. He’s known to be elite in the 4th quarter.
Having him will be part of the formula to secure the wins

  18. gamesrgreat

No thank you. I don’t see what other see in Rozier. He’s always seemed overrated in my eyes

  19. brettdanyali7

Are we that desperate. He is not an Horace over Lowry especially in the playoffs. Not a defender.

  20. bluepineapple42069

Id rather play with Scary Terry than against him tbh

  21. Nice_Ass_Lawn

Lowry and a pick for Rozier and Ish Smith works. Rozier is a guard who can pressure the rim, score with and without the ball in his hands, and will help alleviate our scoring droughts.

  22. Another guy who loved Wade and wants to play here because of him
