D’Angelo Russell (29 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists) and Anthony Davis (28 points, 12 rebounds, 9 assists) led the Lakers as LeBron James added 25 points, 12 rebounds, and 9 assists as the Lakers starting five scored 105 of the 127 total points. Luka Doncic led Dallas with 33 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists. The Lakers have won their second consecutive game and are back to .500 at 21-21 as the Mavericks move to 24-18.
This is the third time Russell, James, and Davis have scored 25+ points in a game each, which marks the most such games this season by a specific trio. They are one of two trios in the league to have multiple 25+ points games together (Sacramento – Keegan Murray, De’Aaron Fox, & Domantas Sabonis, 2x).
Luka Doncic totaled his seventh triple-double of the season, only Domantas Sabonis (11) and Nikola Jokic (12 have more. This is the 63rd triple-double of Luka’s career. All seven of Luka’s triple-doubles this season have been 30-point triple doubles (N. Jokic – 5 such triple-doubles).

This lineup of Bron, AD, DLO, and Reaves, works well but not for Prince. Irving was kept under control and the bench was able to maintain the Lakers' lead and prevent any slips. Lakers 3 pt shooting was good tonight and they limited the Mavs to low 3 pt shooting, thanks to their defense. I would like to see a matchup against the Suns again — and give a whoppin to Beal.

luka is one of the top players in the league but I think the mavs should trade him. The team always plays better without him. Everyone gets involved when KAI is the point. Besides, we'd get A HAUL for luka! We'd immediately get other great players.
DLo has to start and be the Lakers third highest scorer every night in order for this team to succeed

This is the best I've seen the lakers play. They are so inconsistent.
this win compared to a lot of others just felt amazing to see and watch. Every time we fight the mavs, the games always go the same way and we always end up losing to them. And with us being down 0-2 to them to this season, I wanted to see us get this win so badly and with the stuff they put us through the past few times we played them, we gave it right back to them tonight. I really hope that this win will be a HUGE confidence booster for the team cause this was one we needed very badly
