And it’s a part of his game that will age incredibly well too, even if he hands the reigns to Maxey in his mid 30’s he could still be incredibly valuable as a 7’2 stretch 5 that plays good defense
Basically, even when he’s washed he’ll still be as good as KAT is now lol

I wish he’d shoot more in rhythm. Seems like he makes the attempts harder than they have to be with pump fakes ect…
It would help everyone. 5-out offense is simply too potent to not make use of it
It helped that he was guarded by Jokic on most of them, and Jokic is (rightly) afraid to death of Joel blowing by him.
If he makes his first attempt, I like when he takes more. But if he misses two in a row, I don’t like it so much.
Keep in mind that Joel was 3-5 on non-heave attempts.
The dude is just locked in right now. The laser focus is ridiculous.
As long as he’s not camping out behind the arc, it’s not a problem. Last night he caught it outside the arc. Defender closed out. He gave it to Maxey and reposted at the elbow. Hit an easy face up 15 footer. That’s an improvement.
Prior seasons he would just stand behind the arc on successive plays. It was a sign he was gassed.
…and when you’re absolutely on fire like he was last night, let ‘em fly big fella…
