Joey Mazulla about Queta : “He’s one of those kids who doesn’t know how good he can be… you’re starting to see, when he plays a certain presence, we’re a different basketball team.” Full contract incoming ?

We won’t sign him to a full till after buyouts/trade deadline. If we don’t get anyone I’m sure we will sign em so he can play in the playoffs

Even saying : “You saw why he plays a role on our team. He changed the game for us in the first half, and did it again in the second half.”

Remind me of Rob when he started playing consistently. Full of energy, good rim protection, rebound and little clumsy. He ll come around

Queta can be that missing piece ( ala McHale/ Pierce) if given the chance…

Problem is a J needs to sit down if he’s going to play with the starters…

He’s better than that fucking clown Kornet, play him more Joe. Dumbass.

  6. I like this guy, they definitely need to keep him.

He’s a two-way player, but has only suited up for Maine twice in the last two months, which tells me Boston has a huge need for him. And he’s a playmaker when he’s out there. Love this guy, hope he gets that $$ soon.

Great size, great rebounder (even if half his rebounds come from his own misses), not afraid to get inside and score, and just seems like an absolute dawg from what I’ve seen of him.

Rob was a great passer. What I hate about Queta is he almost never passes. Could be surrounded by 4 guys and he still tries to get a bucket.

The only thing that really drives me nuts is his inability to finish. His touch around the rim is pretty terrible, but with his size if he at least learns to be decisive and go up strong when he gets in a deep position he’ll be a lot more valuable.

He’s definitely the answer when we are struggling to grab rebounds and need a bruiser somewhat. Neither of the other 2 bigs (Al/Kornet) are great rebounders and he fills that void

Fucking love him. Dude would be swimming in Tommy Points if TH was still around (RIP).
