Since they decided to rebuild, Dick needs more time with BBQ to build chemistry with them.
Ideally you stagger Gary and Dicks minutes with them. Dick might struggle with his shot or defense, but at least he knows how to cut to the basket as well as bring some playmaking. He needs consistent minutes to get used to the NBA speed + get into a rhythm.
Gary is a negative if his shot isn’t falling since he’s very inconsistent on defense, and rarely passes/drives so it’s not like Dick would be that much worse than Gary in his role.

Good to see 3 drops. But as an elite shooter, he should drop more, since all his 3 are wide open corner 3.
