14th career triple double and with his good luck charm kinding over here but you know you’ve said in the past sometimes you can tell it’s going to be a good night was this one of them with this triple double yeah I didn’t know it

Would be this but uh I mean I felt good all last night this morning so U I’m just glad we got the win this the very first time you’ve ever played against RJ and IQ what was it like out there can you take us inside this game the

Emotions going on yeah uh the tip off and I saw them in a different Jersey and it kind of Tri me out a little bit keep going boy clearly a lot of motions going on but get back to it tell me about no uh you said tell you about that no J

Jaylen’s crazy I don’t know but uh yeah it kind of tried me out like I saw quick bring up the ball and he had on a Raptor’s Jersey and I was just like I wouldn’t used to it you know so it threw me off but you know once we got uh going

You know everything evened out overall can you tell can you sum up for us what those guys mean to you uh they mean a lot to me you know that relationship that I built with them the four years that they were here uh RJ five 4 and 1/2

Years or whatever it was um is really special you know and that’s something I’ll take with me forever um those guys mean a lot to me and I want the best for them uh New York should be extremely proud of them they raised them um seriously seriously they rais no um

You know they were brought up here and now they’re going to take off and they’re going to flourish for many more years so I’m proud of [Applause] [Applause] them

    This Knicks turnaround that started 4 years ago began with Julius Randle. Under-appreciated, humble, drives you crazy on many plays, but like a crazy spouse with flaws who often comes through when we need him most…. Invaluable.

    Yes, he underperformed against the Hawks team that went on to beat Embiid and end Simmons career, and yes, he didn’t do much against a Heat team that got to the finals. However, he’s brought joy to Knicks fans on most nights the past four years and it’s nice to see him in a good place right now. Never trade Randle.
