There’s been a lot of weird rumours with him. From him not being happy in Indiana now to blatantly saying he would be happy playing for Thibs to “it is what it is”.

Are people really offended by him possibly wanting to be moved ? Obviously he’d rather be moved to a contender (I would want the same in his shoes) but it sounds like he’ll be a professional either way which is all you can ask.

These kind of things are discussed in advance I’m sure it’s awkward as a player to be told to come and do your job even though we are gonna trade you. This fan base is so damn sensitive. OG quiet quit on us a month before we traded him. This guy went from the nuggets to the pacers to the rebuilding raptors I will always remember you trying hard in your first game BB
Honestly, that’s a good mentality. No point in fooling yourself into something. He knows he’s a good player and he understands teams will want to trade for him and Masai will be willing to accept it. I just feel this time Masai will be looking for a W in a trade, so it might take up to the deadline for contenders to bid up.
That’s a professional way to say he’s got higher ambitions
I need Feb 8th to get here as soon as possible so we can just watch basketball and enjoy the rebuild
