    Russell Westbrook : “Fuck r/Lakers.”

  2. Otherwise_Form1315

I mean Lakers fans clowned him for it, but it’s his legit philosophy lol.

No one else showed up for three quarters. Give this guy his flowers.

  3. Lol69HaHaHa

You know i can respect that.

If you have fun with it, you just get more motivated to actually play tp the best of your abilities.

Its a good philosophy to have, especially for an athlete.

  4. volantredx

I love his mindset, but he knows you can’t have a tie in an NBA game, why does he keep saying that?

  5. BlackJediSword

People are gonna clown the Lakers but he was dog water on our team. I’m happy he’s happy. Darvin Ham also isn’t good.

  6. If you every sit in a Clippers home game, you notice the big cheers Westbrook gets when he is subbed in. He feeds off that positive energy. Literally a spirit bomb. Give him good vibes and energy and you get what you see this season.

  7. resipsaloquitor5

This is a great sentiment that is only ever shared by someone who just won a game

  8. Solid-Confidence-966

This a great mindset to also apply to one’s everyday life.

  9. laughingwisetulip

He is always going at 100% I consider him Chaotic neutral. You can get vile or extraordinary games out of him. Sometimes in the same game O.o

  10. High_Noon21

This why he demands fans who are having fun when he bricks get kicked out?

  11. referee-superfan

Dude made his money and is just here to have fun now.

  12. WisdumbGuy

Lakers will gladly take Russ back with the contract he has now and coming off the bench.

    It ain’t the same.

  13. There’s a team up North that emphasizes fun which could use your toughness and guidance after/if you win the chip this year, Russ

  14. 693275001

Crazy how Russ is in a better place than Lakers fans right now lmao

  15. theaparmentlionpig

As an amateur athlete, yes. As a pro, no, your job is to win. Westbrick talking like a loser knowing he he will never get a ring.

  16. FateRiddle

Said from someone who famously known for not allowing teammates to speak to the opponents even they were friends in real life.

  17. Ok_Excuse3732

Honestly respect Westbrook for his point of view

  18. McClain3000

… i’m not even trying to roast him, but it’s a pretty, irrelevant opinion coming from a multimillionaire who gets paid to play the sport

  19. packyohcunce1734

These players don’t like to compete its that simple! Win or lose blah blah. Mate you getting paid millions! Thats why players today dont have the passion and competitiveness to win and rather do this bs podcast! Come on now! You really think you go broke after all these millions? 🤷🏻‍♂️

  20. It’s a good philosophy to have, in the end it’s a team game you just do your best to help your team win and see what happens

  21. NoDatabase589

Its wild how hes never won a championship, i wonder why?

  22. rddi0201018

lol, didn’t Westbrook say something similar before he was shipped out?

  23. I’m sure fans are perfectly ok with their team losing as long as the boys had fun!!…

  24. IskaralPustFanClub

Still don’t understand how r/lakers acted like he just made some crazy racist hate statement when he said this in the locker room. People who have fun doing what they do tend to perform better. Furthermore, from a human perspective, I wouldn’t wish anyone to do anything they hate 24/7. That ain’t good for the ol’ mental health.

  25. mango_chile

I love Russ. That being said…

    Lakers 18 … Clippers 0

  26. wafflehouse4

clippers are the feel good family team that good honest people root for. compare them to the sleazeball foulbating jackasses that are the los angeles lakers and their dirty soapless fans
