Its always a flip of a coin…. good Murray or bad Murray. He's incapable of stringing a consistent run of regular season games together together.
there’s a take floating around twitter rn that Jamal is only good in games that really matter a ton, i.e. playoffs and marquee matchups. He’s always seemed a bit disinterested with mediocre and bad teams
at this point the playoff bench probably has to be reggie, watson and justin holiday with maybe some braun mins.
is zeke even tradable at this point? if we had given jeff green some of that money, he'd still be around.
DLine CO forgot about Jokic's 9/32 performance versus LA
We have Pickett and Gillespie to run the point off the bench. Malone's bench is due for some rehaul down the road especially with Hunter Tyson and Jay Huff
Braun is definitely not the best defender last season. KCP is as tall as him and he's guarded LeBron, Ant Edwards, Jalen Green, etc
The Braun struggle has a lot to do with having that terrible dribble. He gets "easily" stripped, and that puts the Nuggets in spots where the opponent has a 3-on-2 or 3-on-1 fastbreak.
Gotta make a run to acquire Larry Nance Jr to shore up the bench. I would move on from Nnaji. He has been played out of position 99% of this season and has to play elsewhere he gets to play PF and play to his strengths.
There's also a part of me that Christian Braun gets his mind right. No need to be somebody on offense, but good things will happen when he looks to box out more, win loose balls, and look to secure defensive stops.
The problem with Zeke is that he doesn’t want to embrace the role of a defender/energy guy. He wants to score and if he doesn’t get touches on the offensive end it affects how he plays defense. He should just focus on playing defense like a Ben Wallace or a Dennis Rodman. He has the tools to be those kind of guys. He needs to realize that every NBA team wants those type of players.
I figured out the bench PO rotation. Right now we have 3x8th guy, we need to improve 2 of them or the starters have to be +10/+15 or we are not winning…they are all on the level of CB last season, do nothing just give us something 1-2 games a series…the 6th and 7th slot has to provide more than that. I'm starting to worry a little bit. I don't give much of a chance for them to improve, but there's chance, that they can just lock down people, but then again, we are missing a big guy…who is the 4 when AG is the 5….oh my gosh we actually gonna miss Jeff…
