This Move Made the Utah Jazz an NBA Playoff Team…
The Utah Jazz yes I repeat the Utah Jazz have won five consecutive games have won eight of their last nine and 11 of their last 13 since making a lineup change and are ninth in the west with a winning record and these aren’t you know winning against cupcakes they’ve beat some of
The best teams in the league bucks Sixers nuggets Pistons 21 and 20 overall Will Hardy has done a heck of a job as a young coach here in Utah and ever since he made the starting lineup change bringing in uh col seon Chris Dunn and fonio to the starting lineup they are 11
And two and they are 11 and0 when ton Horton Tucker does not play over their last 13 games which I don’t know if that’s all tayen Horton Tucker’s fault but that’s kind of crazy to think about um they are 17th in offensive rating 21st in defensive rating 23rd net so
They’re not exactly blowing anybody out of the water in any categories but this starting lineup right here Will Hardy has found something that clicks and they play really really well together Larry marinan is proving he is a franchise guy franchise player he’s still only 26 years old and is looking
Like a really really really good uh forward for the next five six seven years 24 points per game nine rebounds two assists per game this year for the Finn super soldier he’s shooting at 49% from the field 40% from three on eight attempts another one of these unicorns
That’s almost 50490 uh at 7 foot tall it’s crazy over his last 13 games where the Jazz are on this really good streak he’s averaging 24.4 points per game 9.2 rebounds on 52% shooting from the field 42% from three so he’s been playing really well these last few games the 7
Foot sniper is playing probably the best basketball of his career right now because he’s playing winning basketball while leading a team which is something he has not done yet in his young career although he’s played Seven Seasons so he he’s a pretty good vet at this point now Chris
Dunn is redeeming himself was once the number five overall pick in the draft spent one year in Minnesota before he was shipped off to Chicago and then bounced around the league was almost out of the league he only played four games in 2020 and now he is back he has been
Resurrected as a starting point guard in Utah 11-2 in 13 he started the last 13 games he started 15 overall there’s his stats on the year but in the last 13 games as a starter he is 11 and two look at his stats over the last 13 games 5.2
Points 6.1 assist 1.5 steals one block so he’s a really good slashing defensive point guard with eyes in the back of his head essentially is what Chris Dunn comes down to these days uh now they do have a couple of other other veterans that are starting to redefine themselves
John Collins coming to Utah and he’s starting his career over well not starting his career over but he’s playing really efficient basketball basketball only averaging 13 and a half and eight rebounds but he’s shooting at 50% from the field and the highest he’s ever shot at from three 39% on four
Attempts in 28 minutes a game his per 36 numbers are even better and the best part about this is he is still young he’s still only 26 so he can be a building block for this Jazz team for the next five years at least you know he
Is a solid guy to have in there um now Colin seon is still 25 which is kind of crazy to think about but he wasn’t drafted that long ago he’s averaging 16 1 12 points per game 3.9 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game in efficiency wise
What is probably one of his career years 48% from the field uh 36% from three on three attempts and he’s only playing 24 minutes a game he’s averaging 25 per 36 which is actually what we’re about to look at kind of spoiled that sorry but Colin seon is playing some really good
Basketball right now um 2564 and one over his uh for his per 36 numbers that is really good that is beyond starter level good if you’re enjoying this video so far make sure the like button and leave me a comment down below as well as hitting the Subscribe Button as it
Really out in the YouTube algorithm um it’ll be greatly appreciated also sticking around helps us out as well uh but yeah hit that like button we’ll try we we’ll go for like a 100 likes on today’s video that’d be fantastic and with that being said let’s go ahead and
Get back to the video here looking at the Jazz who have a really underrated young core in my opinion with Walker tler oag baji and the rookies keante George Taylor Hendricks the number nine overall pick and they have a 35-year-old head coach now Walker Kestler is another
Good young big that they have he’s only 22 years old obviously acquired in the Rudy goar trade his stats are down a little bit as we’re about to see only 8.8 points per game this year 7.6 rebounds 2.5 blocks is pretty Elite in 24 minutes of game um that that’s pretty
Crazy honestly and he shooting at 65% from the field but that’s mainly dunks um so overall solid year to for Walker Kessler oi oai agbaji a guy that really reminds me of OG on newbie on a little bit although he can shoot better 6.1 points per game for him 2.6 rebounds 44%
From the field 33% from three numbers are up across the board from last year he’s playing 20 minutes a game and he’s got great defensive tools um maybe not all the way there yet but I think he’s going to be really good on the defensive
End one day and by the way he can shoot the three only 33% this year but he will be better in the future I guarantee it konay George 11 and a half points 4.5 assists three rebounds the best rookie so far for the Jazz although he’s only
Shooting at 37% from the field 32% from three on four attempts and 25 minutes a game so Keon George definitely work to do but like I said he’s been the best rookie so far for this Jazz team uh despite the fact that he was the 16th overall pick and Taylor Hendricks was
The ninth overall pick Hendricks really hadn’t gotten that much PT yet uh so I will give the crown to keontay George especially since Bryce S the ball hadn’t played hardly at all now taking a look at the Vets on this team Kelly o lenck he’s playing really good he’s one of the
Most underrated bigs in the NBA in my opinion um people just don’t talk about him enough and then they got a 28y old rookie s Simeon fonio or Simon Salon something like that he’s averaging about 18 points per game 3.6 rebounds 5.3 assist or Jordan Clarkson is sorry not
Fonio um while he’s only shooting at 41% from the field 32% from three on six attempts in 30 minutes of night so Jordan Clarkson definitely getting the shots up he just hasn’t been uh necessarily efficient however they are winning games Kelly o lenck one word for
You balling taking a look at his stats they might not blow you away only about nine points per game um 5.2 rebounds 4.5 assists 53% from the field 44% from three he’s a guy right now that is just a winning player uh per 36 he’s averaging 1498 and 1.5 steals per game
Kind of like a miniature yic uh a bench version of joic if you will without all the scoring and then fonio the 28-year-old rookie who’s averaging 8.8 points per game as well 3.2 rebounds on 45% shooting from the field 39% from three on five attempts that’s pretty
Solid right there and then 23 minutes a game for him taking a look at the outlook for the Jazz this will probably be the last thing we do they are currently ninth in the Western Conference um half a game behind the Phoenix Suns and then looking at their upcoming schedule they got Indiana
Golden State Oklahoma City Houston New Orleans and Washington so it’ll be an interesting upcoming schedule because the Warriors are right behind them um Thunder obviously up at the two spot the Rockets are right there with them the Pelicans are they’re in the sixth spot but still very competitive Western
Conference can’t wait to see what the future holds for the Jazz with that being said that’s going to be it for today’s video thank you so much for watching hit the like button and hit that subscribe button if you did enjoy today’s video at any point and let me I
Said Thank so much for watching today’s video
This video looks at the Utah Jazz and how they have been 11-2 since Will Hardy changed the starting lineup around Lauri Markennen and John Collins

The 28yo rookie played last year as well
Let's go Jazz!
The Jazz are getting more disciplined offense from Sexton and Clarkson. Sexton is an amazing energy source and Clarkson…he throws up some of the worst, craziest, most difficult, ill-considered shots…and makes about 42% of them. Then on in-rhythm wide open gimmes, he hits about 42%. It is amazing to watch. Collin is becoming a plus contributor after a slow start. Keyonte George is coming along rapidly and Markonnen is a three-level scorer who is playing much more physically on both ends.
All the players are buying into Hardy's zone defense and Dunn, Obaji, Kessler and Fonteccio are really good defenders.
After an initial "This can't be real." reactions it's become clear they are this good and it should be sustainable. AND they are deep enough to play through any injuries. It's an unexpected pleasure watching them play!
Did you just list the Detroit Pistons as one of the best teams in the League? The team ranked in the bottom three of NBA teams EVER? Probably you just mis-spoke, but I gotta stop watching now.
I like Markannen's playing style. He's suit to any team in the league. He is the main guy but not greedy to have the ball and he is super efficient.
Lol "some of the best teams in the league" then proceeds to list the Pistons. 0:18
Buddy tried to sneak pistons in as a good team, I see you 💀

It is a whirlwind of stats that do not coincides your picture on the screen
So hard to understand 😅😅😅😅
love at the start how you said "some of the best teams in the league" and included pistons lmao
Trade discussion should be: Is Steph, AD or Lebron coming to Utah!?
Thanks for the great video!
It's See-moe-nay (Simone). He's no rookie as he was already playing last season off the bench.
Few teams have such a strong second unit as Jazz. Most are fully depending on their starters.
Sometimes I want to question the coach but I can't.
The pistons are not one of the best teams in the league 😂
Hey! See-MOE-nay (Simone) is a SECOND year player, not a rookie.
Otherwise, great video pointing out the elite level of play the Jazz are now demonstrating with Harry unleashing Colin Sexton, who's just downright playing beast-mode.
This is like the Houston Rockets where you have 3 vets in JC, Dunn, and Olynyk mentoring and providing support to a young team led by All Star Franchise The Finnisher, Fontecchio, Agbaji, Kessler, Collins, and Sexton. It's a well-crafted team.
Great thumb nail, great title, I just can't Watch, because of the mic I cannot. Not trying to hate I will like, hopefully the homepage returns you, best of luck.
The offense has been only +1 during this stretch compared to other starting lineups. their offense is keeping pace with other teams best units. It's really their bench core of Jordan Clarkson, Kelly Olynyk, Keyonte George, and Walker Kessler that creates a wild disadvantage for opposing bench units. Other teams just don't have the depth to keep up with a bench unit of all borderline starters themselves. The bench scored 80pts against the Raptors the other night alone.
We want that 4 seed !

Jazz be playing Eurobasket in NBA
No Superstars
No ego plays
No useless 1on1's
Just hard ass team play.
9-1 in last 10
The Jazz can win games because their bench players are outstanding. Their bench can outscore the opponent's bench. Putting Clarkson in the second unit is a good move. Sexton also thrived after being put in the starting 5.
Some of the best teams in the league…. Bucks, Sixers, Nuggets, Pistons….. lol. That killed me man. 😂😂😂
lol “pistons”
Good video. Fontecchio is not a rookie though. It’s his 2nd year.
Wow! You really hate Horton-Tucker. I like all the mainstream players but Horton-Tucker played really well when they needed him. You are very biased and not totally honest.
Not all THT’s fault. He became a whipping boy SOMEWHAT undeservedly so. Even THT’s efficiency and advanced stats were improving pretty significantly before he was DNP’ed – Locke used to mention this over and over. (And I used to whip the Trash Hucking Terrorist as much as any Jazz fan)
Noway bruh Said Pistons HN 😹😹😹😹
Utah Jazz DARK HORSE in the West 💪💪💪
