That Vince cross and dunk whew boy.

Jarens first quarter was so damn dominant. If he doesn’t get in foul trouble he’d be real close to a 5 x 5 I bet.

  2. Ender_of_the_Game

We have won more games this season than we have any right to with all these injuries. I love the guys stepping up

  3. WonderingCashew

Will never be mad win or lose if the Grizz play that way. A lot better compared to the Bulls game

Anyone notice how we are 12-12 on the road and 4-15 at home? Why do we win so much more on the road. Its not even like we played great tonight, we played a G-League squad with one PG and somehow the Raptors were just even worse lmfao.

Konchar was great obviously but also Santi was pretty good until his injury, hopefully it’s not too bad

Vinces ball handling has gotten sooo much better recently, he still sometimes holds on to it a bit longer than he should but it’s looking good for his development

Vince and Jitty! The Agents of Chaos 😤

Jaren 6 steals in a qtr tied an NBA record too if I’m not mistaken

  8. That was a good, complete win. A little closer at the end than I would’ve liked, but overall still a fairly dominant showing

I love Jaren. I love Jitty. Hope Santi’s ok

  9. Waffleshuriken

I love Vince more and more every game. Embodiment of a Grizzlies player.

I love how he trash talks everyone from Luka to Bruce Brown lmfao

Let’s open this meeting of the Jitty Committee with some postgame thoughts…

**• Jitty reminds us why he’s so valuable to this team…**

He does the things that needs to be done regardless of the situation. If a shot needs to be blocked, he’s just going to try to block it. Doesn’t matter if the player is bigger than he is and the refs are likely to call a foul (*this is a thing*); he’s just going to go after it. If you need an offensive rebound because your 6’11” power forward just doesn’t rebound, he’ll do that too. His 3-point shot just hasn’t been on lately so he looks to get others involved beyond the arc. He keeps plays alive and just always makes good decisions.

**• I still think Z is trying to show GG up. I don’t think GG cares…**

That makes it funnier. I could be completely wrong about this but I just feel like Z is out there doing what he thinks he needs to do to maintain a place on this team.

**• JJJ can score points but the offense shouldn’t run** ***through*** **him…**

Trip is an end point in terms of the offense. Put it in his hands and he’s probably going to shoot it. He doesn’t dribble well-enough or move fast enough to be a serious consideration for the nexus of the offense.

It’s not a knock against him, I just think people miss this when he scores a lot of points. The offense moves slower than molasses rather than the fast-paced style of offense that wears out opponents and such. It’s important to consider; you don’t want the opposing team to have their legs under them like the Raptors did. 2 minutes left and I wasn’t sure they wouldn’t cut the lead to 6 and make a game of it.

**• I’d love to see GG get more minutes…**

…but I also like that he gets to get out there then sit down with vets like Des or Wicket Smaht or any of the coaches and they can give him timely feedback that he can go back out and utilize. I’m not a patient woman and want to see him on the court more but I recognize how valuable it is for his development to observe alongside vets.

**• Jaren Jackson, Jr had more steals than assists & more assists than rebounds…**

By contrast, Vince and Roddy had ten boards apiece. GG got more boards than trip in fewer minutes. Jitty got *as many* boards as Trip but got 5 fucking blocks. My point is: you can block shots and go after rebounds and when you’re 6’11” getting boards should be much easier. You have the height and the reach. Just go after it. Shots hit the rim and you see Vince or Jitty in position jumping for a tip or to snag a defensive board. Trip is just standing there watching. I’ll never let this go: he should be incentivized to rebound somehow.

**• In less than 15 minutes, X put up 7 shots and made 1…**

How on Earth does this happen? All but one were right around the rim. That was ten points blown.

**• I swear if Santi misses some games over that injury…**

Like, we just can’t get a pass of a week without someone getting hurt. This is ridiculous.

  11. I don’t know if that was good or bad officiating, but it wasn’t what I’ve come to expect from NBA officiating. Playing Canada rules or something because they let so much stuff go both ways tonight that would normally be called.

Either way I’ll take the W.

  12. Ground_Technical

On a side note, I hate the TSN commentators. The one guy made it a point to mention how Tillman isn’t that good EVERY time he missed. Like fuck we get it he’s no JJJ or Adams 🙄

Vince be like : Look at me im the captain now
